mostly umah umah kat area tu dah almost 98% occupied since 2008 ... so far ... deyols cakap tak dok banjir .. everything perfect

uols .. kalo nak umah landed property ... cer usha area area jalan kebun ... blkg kota kemuning shah alam tu ...
mmg area tu agak isolated sikit .. tapi dlm masa 2-4 thn nanti .. kawasan tu dijangka akan semakin membangun...
rega umah teres single storey rata rata below RM200K ... tyme iols survey area tu ... ada umah yang rega RM165K  ...
tell you .. value umah area tu ada potential nak hit RM300K

Sofo kat I-City boleh beli tak? Tengah pertimbangkan antara I-City, Trio by Setia di Bukit Tinggi dan area Damansara Utama untuk pelaburan.

Tapi Spidey ada pengalaman dengan SP Setia. Kualiti mereka kurang memuaskan walaupun harga hartanah tu mahal.

iols survey thn 2012 ...
cer try pi usha ... sebab kawasan tu reserved utk bumi selangor (kalo bukan lahir kat selangor ... at least mak or pak lahir selangor)
tanah lot ... perumahan setempat ... yang ada 2 row sajok ...
satu row tu ada 10-15 umah ...
iols tak layak sebab iols bukan bumi selangor ..
iols berkenan sangat ngan area tue .. design rumah pun cantik cantik belako

hi miss nigg..well, kalau nak lagi greeny, area Beranang..  ada satu area tu kat Beranang tapi sekarang dah melalui penjenamaan semula jadi Semenyih South... murah je harga tanah+rumah kat sana...tapi tak ramai orang duduk sana lagi...
