Nak happy...kene jdkan diri kita seseorg yg mudah happy. Jgn tunggu pergi bercuti baru happy. Jgn tunggu dpt makan sedap2 baru happy. Jgn tggu dpt beli brg mahal2 baru happy. Sebab semua tu only temporary gratification. It's ok to have all that....cume jgn tggu dpt semua tu baru happy. Selalu ingatkan ayat yg kita x dpt menghitung nikmat Allah. We are blessed.
