Kinesthetic learner
You’re not one to just sit and listen—you’d rather learn hands-on. You tend to fiddle and fidget, which helps you think. Make sure to take plenty of breaks throughout the day to help you keep focused, and try playing with a stress ball or desk toy when you need to buckle down. Check out these other signs you need to move more.

i am a visual lerarner katanya

tapi kan...  i prefer to read the whole text books rather than just the overview in the form of a mind map/charts/diagram. contohnya,  i lebih faham bila  i sendiri yang baca daripada mendengar/melihat presentation. bile i dah baca keseluruhannya, i akan tulis semula dan buat notes sendiri....and definitely not a  visual-note.
