b4 this aftr work.. twice a weeks will playing badminton wth frenz..just rent the court for 2/3hours..solat maghrib kat situ jgk klu x smpat..hihihi...last hr tue b4 nk pindah kwn ajk g broga tp x dpt g x smpat ..dlu pnh hiking gunung gading n santubong kat sarawak....tp separuh jer gunung santubong tue sbb ujan n bahaya jgk sbb curam ckit..best gk klu stay kat resort damai tue... aktvt weekend laa..just maintain the weight..
That's good. Healthy lifestyle which is so good to be active rather than duduk depan tv. Haha
Me also prefer hiking and badminton boleh produce so much sweat. Lulz! Anyway keep going in whatever you happy to do. Stay healthy and stay positive.

i already start from yesterday for diet..tak makan nasi..makan sayur dengan buah jer sis..nak exercise susah..sarawak tiap petang hujan sis..nk prgi gym malu ler plak..
