Banyakkan makan buah and kalau boleh jangan minum air bergula atau bersusu. Nak minum pun minum air masak banyak. If teh and kopi semua kena without sugar lah yer.

i already start from yesterday for diet..tak makan nasi..makan sayur dengan buah jer sis..nak exerci ...

Permulaan kurangkan portion makan je if terlalu susah nak buang nasi. Gula kalau boleh jangan sentuh langsung air bergula. Nak minum teh ke apa ke without sugar. Plain water perlu ambik cukup bersamaan dengan berat badan. If you continuosly maintain you will see the result even a week.

diet sugar, kurangkan portion makan, cukup minum plain water, exercise plank and cardio at home pun dah boleh turun dah. Keep it up!!

after krgkn portion makan..and buat tabata exercise..berat saya from 75kg n now 73kg..
only one week saya buat..
semangat lagi..65kg next target..

menjelang bulan puasa ni camne ek? any guidance utk pemakanan ala diet? bab nak minum air byk tu susah ler.. menu yg recommended masa berbuka n sahur camne?

Depends sebenarnya. From my opinion, puasa paling mudah nak turun but janganlah masa buka tu kita bedal semua benda. Makan ala kadar je tak perlu ada menu specific. Ikut citarasa cuma elakkan minum bergula and kuih muih yang banyak sangat kandungan gula. If nak makan nasi pun takde masalah cuma dalam portion yang sederhana. Boleh je nak makan apa yang ada jual kat bazar tu cuma jangan over eating.

I ni org yg gastrik.taun bila ntah puase..mase berbuka mkn bnyk plus tomyam..esok nye tu sakit perut mcm nk beranak..pnh x rase nk membuang tp xblh...hazab giler
