Sejak dr dpt nasihat ni i mmg cuba sedaya upaya cut off sugar. Tp mmg hari2 i terpaksa ambik 1 cawan air manis. Sbb dah ketagih. Alhamdulillah, harini i timbang 88.9kgs.
Oh my Godddd sumpah mcm x percaya. X lah kurus. Figure x berubah pape pn, sbb i x workout pape lgsg pn. Cut sugar semata2. Makan pn masih mcm biasa. Tp bila nampak angka tu berkurang, i rasa seronok plk. Tp baju still ketat kat perut. I boncetttt. Huwaaaa |
