I think you have totally missundertood me...I'm explaining the fact but not intended to create any racial tension or hatrage between races. I have explained this x times...Pls scroll up to my earlier comments in case you missed them.
Yes, many Chinese SME/ Taukeh will be affected, which is good for my profession in digital marketing which will add value to their business. But when things turns really really badly, Yes, some SME may go bankcrupt, some may just close shop and run away with cash...but the poorest will be affected the most. The poorest regardless of race will be the most unfortunate one...Do you got it?
Or you just wish to stick to the fact that only Chinse Taukeh get affected and bankrupt...but it's alright with all the workers, they can still find other jobs easily...That is your choice.

I beg to differ...please don't confuse between tongkat and corruption...
1) Any business who "buy" tongkat from the government, that is corruption and against the law.
2) Any business who "buy" projects which has been subcon/outsourced from another business who got the FIRST HAND project granted by government's tongkat, that is legal. And that is the business world we all know today.
Please convince me with facts when you say Chinese business get most of the tongkats.

Just scroll back my post to pulauturtle regarding gov protection for local businesses. Corruption is different and against the law. But tongkat is structured into gov policies to help certain segment of community especially in economic sector.

That is true in the sense that it happens and has been a norm to most of the democracy countries with the term called "Political Lobbying"
Businesess or corporations provide huge amount of political donation during election campaigns for the exchange of policies made within their favor.
This is a systemic issue and I don't think DFTZ will easily affect the authority of the rule makers and the players inside the circle, unfortunately.

Lazada tu online merchant. dia hubungkkan pembeli dan penjual. tapi alibaba dan taobao umpama kilang dari china dtg bukak kilang dan jual di malaysia.
kira jual direct la. takde agen. xde supplier.
kilang yang bukak tu pun pekerja 100% dari china. tukang mop lantai tu pun dari china.
kerajaan kita ni kemaruk duit cukai. |

yang membezakan manufacture dan retailer adalah lokasi yang jauh. sekarsng manufacture dtg landing malaysia. boleh free pos. tgk siapa mati dulu?
samalah aku jual kat ko samsung s8 rm1.5k. ko kata mahal. ko nak survey. ko mesti survay kat lowyat atau lazada kan? so same thing la happend. |

Tapi ecomernce pun bukan murah bang.lelong fees rm390 per year. gun net pay charge lagi. kalau ada sales caj kategori lagi. lazada lagi best ada jual baru caj. main %. fb ads pun dulu senang senang rm0.01 sen sekarang mana dapat dah..poslaju caj rate dah naik 20%. dulu RM 6 pos semenanjung. sekarang RM 7.20.
aku perasan satu perkara. rakyat malaysia kalau online shopping diorang akan focus pada bende murah. atau secondhand. tapi di US atau negars Europe. mereka sana terbalik. diorang sana model model high end atau baru atau canggih boleh guna internet jual. |

you can cari duet ni pada mata aku sebagai perosak market. kesian peniaga peniaga yang dah sedia ada.(mmg reliable buat kerja). mostly mereka yang join u can cari duit ni kalau tak jual tudung. mesti barang kosmetik. tak pun makanan. harga diorang jual adalah BAWAH harga market. kalau mereka jual IKKUT HARGA MARKET mmg takde sales.
orang melayu ni meniaga suka ikut ikut orang. tgk tu hari jual nasi lemak. semua jual nasi lemak. apa salahnya sorang jual nasi lemak sorang jual nasi goreng?

Yup, betul cakap kamu. So far Lelong yang insist charge merchant fee mungkin kerana ia jenama lama yang dikenali ramai. Tetapi dengan penglibatan Alibaba, besar kemungkinannya Lazada akan control market Asia Tenggara, termasuk Malaysia. Kamu jual online juga? apa produk? boleh share website atau nama store?

Mungkin jugak dari Vietnam dan Indon dimana harga buruh lebih murah. Yang pentingnya tudung buatan Malaysia susah mau fight di pasaran dengan barangan berharga murah import ini.
