ALOR SETAR, April 27 — PAS is still prepared to work with DAP and Amanah provided the latter parties accept the "leadership of Islam", PAS spiritual leader Hashim Jasin said today.
The Islamist party fell out with DAP over the former’s push for Islamic law, while Amanah consists largely of former PAS members who left after the so-called “progressive” faction was purged in an internal election.
"The door is still open, it is not completely closed. Only that we learn from past experiences and we put certain conditions," Hashim said during a press conference after launching the PAS Muslimat wing's annual assembly (Muktamar) here today.
Hashim also said PAS was not insistent that the prime minister or Cabinet members must come from the party in the event it takes federal power, only that the administration adheres to Islam.
Meanwhile, PAS deputy president Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man said that Amanah is the party that might end up being the spoiler in any efforts to defeat BN in the next elections.
“Amanah disturbs everyone. They are the ones obstructing efforts to defeat BN,” he said.
Tuan Ibrahim said that there would be “no problems” if Pakatan Harapan parties, especially Amanah, which is made up of former PAS members, do not contest in seats where PAS has “built its strength”.
“There would be no problems if they do not disturb our seats,” he said.

Sebenarnya biar BN continue mentadbir is quite a good choice for me....as the worst not arrive yet

I am consider undi BN juga, but jgn buta sejarah terus pi tag mana2 pihak as komunis la...mmg tak relavant lagi komunis sebagai party politik di malaysia...tapi apa yg umno ajak masuk ialah party komunis china, yg tu benar

tapi kita sokong parti mahathir je tempat saya ni bukannya DAP lawan. tapi rasanya BN lawan PAS lawan Amanah kot. pru lepas BN menang titiwangsa ni
