tk byk2 for the explaination.

nak tanya part yg bila dah tumis kari tu, then masuk ubi, ayam atau daging

tak ke nanti...kari tu jadi hangit, sb lama sgt?

or masa tu leh masuk terus santan/air ke?

kelakar le makton ni.

org lelaki mmg mcm tu..masak maggie mcm masak mee....

kalau saya masak maggie, rendam je dgn air panas, agak2 lembut, dah leh telan.

paling terrer - carbonara, nasi goreng tomyam, masak lemak cili padi
paling fail - segala jenis kari, mmg fail klu disuruh masak esp klu kena blend rempah sendiri

ingredient kari ikan and ayam tak sama
event rempah pon x sama cuma kalau kari ikan , ikan tu yg last sekali i masuk , lepas santan semua dah elok ,

kari ikan pakai asam jawa,
kari ayam daging pakai asam keping
proses menumis sama jer cuma ikan lepas pecah minyak masuk santan pekat dulu buh la bendi aand agak3 kuah ikut qty ikan ... tak nak nanti nampak ikan timbul kuah sikit

kuah kari ikan mak i sedap buat cicah roti gardenia , kedai kat luar mmg tak leh celen la ..  

klu raya, jiran mmg siap request buat kari ayam or daging , plus kena ada roti jala bila kitorg buat open house ...

kari kena masak dgn kesabaran , i told u before
its the proses memasak kari ..

sepanjang i masak kari , i tumis lama2 tak pernah hangit pon ..

u kena jaga api  , kena kacau selalu , bukan masuk bahan tinggal sampai pecah minyak
confirm rempah u hangit , i masak kari mmg berdiri dekat periuk nak tgk rempah make sure masak elok , api x leh kuat x leh slow ...

lepas pecah minyak (make sure rempah u tak hangit )

kacau rempah tu , then masuk kan ubi kentang ayam or daging sekaligus ..

kenapa masuk kentang sekali ?
because for ayam , klu kentang tu masak
maknanya ayam tu dah masak jugak, and actually kentang amik masa yg lebih lama dari ayam utk di masak .

masuk kentang and ayam , jgn plak hg terus p bubuh air dgn santan ,tutup bagi berkuap sekali dua , kacau .. sebb ayam tu selalu akan kuar air wpun hang dah tos.

lepas sekali dua berwap , baru hg boh santan,
agak2 la byk mana ikut suka hg nak kepekatan macam mana , klu ayam sekoq aku boh 2 cawan santan pekat 2 cawan ayaq ... lepas tu kacau bagi mendidih buh asam keping ..

mandidih lagi sekali dua , hg rasa , baru boh gula and garam secukup rasa and buh asam keping ,
klu ceroi kuah hg , bior la kejap bagi kering sikit ..

klu tak paham juga , hg cariler mak mentua yg boleh ajar hg kari sedap

Chuols. Iols tahu kari ikan lain. Iols nk tahu ayam dgn daging. Bezanya cemana.

InsyaAllah kari ikan dgn kari daging iols cemerlang. Kari ayam hauk to the maxx

Izna, paprika is special type of chillies. Rupa mcm serbuk cili juga. Rasa lain sikit. Chuols tgok dkat mccormick atau rempah lain yg dlm botol tu. Paprika mmg ada. Kalo ada org suka lg mnyengat, guna cayenne powder.

i ada explain details kat post sebelum ni

klu org india dia boh kas kas wei
kas kas ni buat rasa kari tu rasa ketagih nak makan lagi
and jugak buat u jadi mengantuk
