Tidooooooo....mkn tuk alas perot je...kecuali jka dpt mkn burger...2 biji pn abis i telan....pastu tido blk....smpilah i akan insaf.....masa kot...kita perlukan sedikit masa tuk hlgkan tention...sbb biasa lama kelamaan tention i aka hlg ngan sendiri slps i bgn tidoooo...mkn....tido makan....

setakat ne belum jumpa penyelesaian.  nak tido,  tak dapat tido. masih terfikirkan benda tu. makantak selera.  akhirnya sibukkan diri buat kerja.

1. Makan yang tekak terasa nak makan time tu. Tapi ada masa makan sampai tak terasa lapar, tekak pun macam tawar tapi masih mengunyah masalah or stress still tak selesai pun

2. Tulis diary atau journaling. Selalu buat before tido. Ini membantu sebab we let it out before sleeping. So tidur dengan fikiran yang hampir kosong.

3. Jalan-jalan window shop. Lekakan diri dengan perkara-perkara duniawi. Bila balik, penat, tido. 2-in-1 dapat window shop, exercise sekali

- Dengar lagu
- Jogging or ambik angin ke
- makan chocolate  
- cuci mata pegi shopping (masa belajar dulu ni mmg berkesan hahaha)

Alhamdulillah... setakat ni okla..

Ada lg me suka...dulu2 suka main game atau gi je drive xde tujuan..masuk hi way drive je.haha..sedar2 da sampi pd..gtew..kih3...tp skrg da kawen n ada ank susahla.. skrg lg suka archery..indoor jelah..nak gi menembak xtaula ada ke x kt mn2....buat benda2 kena fokus gtu mmg leh hilg stress    n yg plg2 utama sbg sorg islam..solat dan baca quran.. kang xsebut takut ada yg ngata pulak..hihihi

Hi salam perkenalan.... masuk forum pon either hilgkn stress or menambah stress
