pertama iols akan diam x cuba x fikir masalah tu. Feel free, yg tu plg penting kalau tak buat la ape pun x jadi..

seterusnya mandi lama2 bagi segar badan dan sejuk je kat kepala.. mandi perahan lemon, atau apa2 aroma wangi. rse nyaman dan menyegarkan   then tido.. tido terapi terbaik sb x perlu pk kejap mslh tu.

makan yg best2/ape yg nak dimakan.

shopping simple. groceries pun xpe asalkan kua dari rumah. Atau pegi bercuti hehe..
