mcm tu jgn berhenti lagi..sbb skrg susah nk dapat kerja..better cari kerja dulu dh confirm baru bg notis..

Just in case nak berhenti jugak...
kira perbelanjaan harian. Hadkan perbelanjaan yg tak penting.
simpan duit utk savings in case belum ada job
Bayar semua hutang..kad kredit. Hutang2 kecik. Sekurang nya if jobless pun otak tak serabut utk bayar hutang kecik.

Ni kalau tak ada tanggungan sprti anak, ibu bapa.

Tpi sebaik2 nya...dapatkan kerja , baru resign.

1. Staff 1 -Alasan peribadi (mak suruh benti keje duduk dengan mak dkt kg)
2. Staff 2 - Alasan peribadi (anak takde yang nak jaga sbb pengasuh lama xnak jaga)
3. Staff 3 -Benti keje sbb tak suka dgn bos. Bos release je 24jam

Ikut procedure and employment contract diknon. If dah 3 tahun considering you permanent, mesti tender with notice. Regular standard one or two months. Kalau tender 24hrs, kena bayar balik la gaji sebulan atau dua tu. Apa2 hal pun check ur offer letter and verify dgn HR.

By the way, if you just blah je, bad reputation kalau new company check referrals or check with previous company.

Actually kena refer back to employment contract. Sometimes under probation, company allow 24 hour notice. If after probation, usually kena pay salary in lieu. Unless u are being bought out by another company.

kadang memang la senang cakap kalau x de masalah kat ofis lama. tapi tula 2bulan tu rase cam 2 tahun je.huhu. rase nape la aku x resign lagi awal kan. tapi sabar jer la.

saya ada pertanyaan.... saya berhenti di tmpat kerja lama saya notis 24jam... atas tekanan ug diberikan company serta kiraan gaji public holiday ay tidak betul.... dan sekarang company minta saya jelaskan bayaran balik pada company sebab saya melanggar contract yang perlu bagi notis sebulan lebih awal.. perlukah saya membayar balik pada company atau tidak perlu, dan sekiranya saya tidak membayar balik pada company tersebut apa company bole ambil tindakan pada saya serta effect pada saya.. apa perlu saya lakukan en...

company pun takde hak nak  ...

Probation period saya lebih kurang 3bln(bermula 11/3/19)tapi masih tak dpt confirmation letter hingga kini. Thats mean saya masih dlm probation period?dan saya ada hantar notis sebulan (22/8-22/9)..notis utk probation period 14hari..jdi kiranya boleh ke saya tamat lebih awal dari notis sebulan yg diberi sebelum ni?

dah check dengan company pasal confirmation letter?
kalau betul belum confirm, u ikut contract yang u sign dulu..
kalau ada dalam contract, boleh je u nak ikut 14 hari..
tapi sebab u dah bagi notis 30 hari, check dengan HR dulu boleh ke tak nak tukar ke 14 hari notis..
