Sape yg kena bayar?

Saja buka thread nak tanya pendapat korang. Aku ada rumah sewa area gated n guarded. Pemaju baru2 ni dah serahkan pengurusan kawalan keselamatan ke persatuan penduduk kat situ. So persatuan penduduk ni nak take over, setiap rumah kena bayar rm70/month. If x bayar or lambat bayar, access card akan di deaktifkan. Jadi aku nk tanya pendapat korang, since aku sewakan rumah tu, aku atau penyewa yg kena bayar yuran tu?

letak dalam agreement siap2...kalu owner bayar letak lah harga sewa rumah tu dh include rm70 tu siap2..

Selalunya la kan macam duk condo ni ada management fees, portion bulan2 dah dimasukkan dalam rental. Kalau ni benda baru, jika penyewa lama tak stuju bayar, owner ler bayar. Kira dari sewa RM1000 contohnya, owner amik RM930 sajalah. Tunggu rental agreement baru, masukkanlah additional RM70.
Tapi skarang ni penyewa pun memacam perangai, jika penyewa skarang bagus bayar sewa dsbnya tapi tak mahu bayar additional RM70, owner lah kena serap kos tu.

penyewalah yg kena bayar sbb dia yg tinggal disitu & dia yg nak keluar masuk kat situ. kalau dia tak nak bayar, dialah yg tak boleh masuk/keluar.... .  Kalau dia keluar (bukan lagi penyewa) masukan siap2 dlm aggrement pasal bayaran tu...

O... sbb skrg mmg dah ada penyewa pun. Sewa mmg x masuk pun kos ni sbb before this under pemaju mmg free. Tu la, terfikir gak nak naikkan sewa unt include kos ni

i duduk sewa flat. my owner bayarkan mgmt + services fee.

mmg u rasa penyewa yg kena bayr sbb dorang yg duk situ.

but keep in mind. in the end rumah tu tetap u punya. segala safety n mgmt fees, patut nye u lah bayar. supaya rumah tu selamat sehingga akhirnya.

Mesti owner u dah masuk siap2 dlm sewa rumah tu. Sbb apartment/kondo mmg dari awal kita tau akn ada management and maintenance service fee

owner yang bayar walaupun tak duduk situ...

cam kamilah, tak duduk situ tapi tax municipal, tax sekolah,
kami yang bayar... mau mereng penyewa kalau kena bayar..hampir 10 k setahun

dah masuk dalam berapa sewa tu...
cam kami ada satu studio, kami sewakan dengan perabot internet dan elektrik.
kami kira dulu berapa elektrik tu, internet. baru kasi harga sekian sebulan..
so pendek kata sewa dari studio tu yang bayarkan elektrik even letrik untuk rumah kami juga...

Tu la... Sewa rumah aku skrg ni pun x cover monthly payment, so tats why aku tanya sbb aku x dpt untung pun. Di pihak aku mmg rasa tenant yg kena bayar. Tp sbb aku baik hati, aku plan nk byr unt diorg smpi end of this year, n next year aku nak naikkn sewa rumah unt cover.
