Guru tendang murid kerana lewat masuk kelas

Murid dakwa ditendang guru, terjatuh sendiri: Polis
TAWAU: Murid perempuan Tahun Empat sebuah sekolah rendah di daerah ini yang mendakwa cedera akibat ditendang dan ditampar gurunya, sebenarnya terjatuh sendiri ketika membeli makanan di luar kawasan sekolah.
Siasatan polis mendapati murid terbabit mereka-reka cerita mengenai kejadian itu kerana bimbang dimarahi ibu bapanya jika mendapat tahu perkara sebenar.
Ketua Polis Daerah Tawau, Asisten Komisioner Fadil Marsus, berkata keterangan semua saksi termasuk rakan sekelas murid terbabit juga konsisten menyatakan guru lelaki terbabit tidak melakukan perbuatan itu terhadap kanak-kanak berkenaan.
Berikutan itu, katanya, pengadu iaitu ibu murid berkenaan telah menarik balik laporan polis yang dibuat pada 10 Julai lalu, selain memohon polis tidak meneruskan siasatan.
"Pengadu juga telah memohon maaf kepada guru terbabit dan pihak sekolah," katanya ketika dihubungi di sini.
Sehubungan itu, Fadil berkata, Timbalan Pendakwa Raya (TPR) mengambil keputusan kes berkenaan tidak diteruskan.
Sebelum ini, BH Online melaporkan seorang murid perempuan Tahun Empat mendakwa ditendang dan ditampar oleh guru sekolahnya kononnya kerana lewat masuk kelas.
Ibu kepada murid terbabit kemudian membawa anaknya ke hospital untuk mendapatkan rawatan selepas dia mengadu sakit pada bahagian kaki, selain tidak dapat berdiri.
Kes itu sebelum ini disiasat mengikut Seksyen 323 Kanun Keseksaan kerana mendatangkan kecederaan.

Kecik2 dah pandai buat cerita
Beria2 maknya nak polis ambil tindakan kat cikgu tu walau pihak sekolah dah minta maaf..
Lepas dah terbukti anak reka cerita patutnya cikgu tu saman je dia.. |

Akak dulu terjatuh kain sekolah koyak mmg ada la mak bising kejap jln tak tgk bwh. Tapi yg gigih sgt mereka cerite cikgu tendang kenapa pulak?  |

MUM DEMANDS ACTION AFTER TAWAU TEACHER SLAPS, KICKS 10-YEAR-OLD CHILD

TAWAU: Police will be calling in the headmaster and teachers of a school here to record statements from them, after a mother reported her 10-year old daughter was kicked and slapped by a teacher for so-called disciplinary problems.
The mother who requested anonymity said it was no way for anyone to treat a child who was late to class and forgot to do her homework.
She said the teacher, a 32-year-old father of two, and the school headmaster had apologised to her over the incident, but she wanted to make known the matter so that other teachers would not do the same in future.
“But is an apology enough to make sure that this particular teacher and others do not use violence when dealing with children?” she asked, adding that she would not have mind if her child was not abused.
She lodged a police report on Tuesday and hoped that the police and Education Department would take the appropriate action.
Assistant Commissioner Fadil Marsus, the Tawau police chief said they would be investigating the case.
A copy of the police report.
“We will call the teachers, school headmaster and other witnesses to have their statements recorded,” he said.
The 56-year-old housewife claimed her daughter’s calf was injured during the alleged assault on Monday.
“I was told that the teacher kicked and slapped my daughter. Is there no other way to discipline a child other than using such excessive force?” she asked.
The mother said her daughter was later taken to the hospital for a medical examination after complaining of pains in her leg and was unable to stand up.
“The doctors there suspect she suffered fractures to her leg and had a cast put on,” she said, adding that the cast was later taken off after doctors did X-ray examination. |

Keturunan = Bajau? Are you sure dek? Or Suluk pilipin pilak lehnat menyamar Badjo (sebab tak reti sebut Bajau ikut dialek tempatan sebenar)? Dah la Tawau ini darul pati. |
