er.. one thing is that Buddhist are not even to kill a tiny animal. We are not to take away once life even if it is for our food. That is why in Buddhism, the Buddha would advise the people of the world to be vegetarians. By being a killer, that is worst than being a meat eater. So, unless you have seen it, then forward your proof please. Thank you. Each religion has its uniqueness. They have their logic on why this is done and this should not. So, we ought to have proofs first before we speak on one. Also, those who kill are not acting accordingly. yes, I agree with you that there are no good Buddhist too but they kill, they must never use as it is for the Buddha. Those who do it are totaly against the teachings to its very core. The Buddha never permit anyone to kill, one way or another. There are more cases on this but I am not fit to say because I have only brief reading and that material was found from the net, thus I have to thorough check first.
