aku gemuk gak.. skang gigih dok jog everyday.. ni kunun nk diet.. aku beli la subway tuna.. dh mkn baru teringat nk check calori dlm myfitnesspal app.. skali 660 calorie.. hampehhh..

beli subway tu letak apa?hahaha bole je letak mana2 yg patut je, n diorg ada olive oil gk, wrap untuk gantikan roti tuh.

i think the most important thing to have bila kita nak kurus is 'DEDICATION'. REALLY...

Aku dulu pon gemuk jugak. pergi cecah almost 100kg. but if u really want something, u should really work for it. hard.

it was tough. dari 100kg, turun ke 75kg, then naik balik 80kg. but still, u will reach certain point that u dont really about weight.

u just care how u look. i mean the shape of your body and all.

anyways, good luck k tt. dont give up. keep going. it may feels hard at first, but its gonna be worth it.

zaman sekolah menengah dulu aku gemuk, pinggang takde shape, dagu dua lapis, tangan berketak2 mcm baby montel tu, peha selalu melecet sebab gemuk. budak2 lelaki panggil aku Montel, sedih sgt masa tu. baju pun pakai tshirt besar je, tak berani nak pakai stylo2. umur 19 aku start ubah cara makan, pagi sarapan simple2 macam cekodok, tengahari makan nasi suku pinggan je (kunyah nasi pelan2 supaya cepat kenyang), malam tak makan, jajan2 semua mmg tak makan.

umur aku 20 tahun orang dh start cakap aku makin kurus, umur 22 aku kawin, masa tempah baju nikah, pinggang aku 23 inci weh, tailor tu pun terkejut tak percaya. sekarang aku dah anak 3, semua org cakap badan aku mcm budak sekolah menengah.

Saje nk share. Last week i try healthy food. Rm10 per day, org tu deliver ke ofice i. Portion makanan sume sikit2 tapi kenyang. I rasa mcm diri berkualiti makan makanan cmtu sbb xde minyak pastu makan tak terlebih2 kenyang. Lpas makan i minum air lemon.. semoga dpt la slim dan sihat

Update selepas 3 minggu : dah berjaya turunkan 2kg. Aku makan macam biasa je tapi minum green tea kosong 1 tumbler yg 1.5 liter tu tiap2 hari + 1.5 liter air masak. Aku elak minum manis je. Pastu aku cepatkan langkah bila berjalan instead of habit berjalan lenggang kangkung aku selama ni. Hepi wooo tengok penimbang pagi tadi

yup, diet mmg penting la, control mkn, pastu jgn cepat terikut kalau kawan ajak lepak kt fast food ke.. Tp kalau ada duit lebih, g la spa. Kdg2 pmpuan ni berat air je pn, terlebih minum air. Cari la pakej yg leh reduce fat@air dlm badan tu + diet or better yet - puasa. Lagiiiiii cepat kesan In Shaa Allah

macam2 cadangan yang diberi. tapi bagi saya, keyword dia adalah ISTIQOMAH

saya pon nak diet juga nak dapatkan berat kepada 48-50kg (now 59kg, huhu)
target nak kuruskan perut dan kecilkan bontot
sebab saya yang xselesa dengan diri sendiri.huhu

Good luck pada sesiapa yang tgh on diet!

aku rasa 2kg tu water weight loss. Let's see your weight after 8 weeks, rasa lagi slow berat turun.

saya baru turun 2 kg tupun makan shaklee meal replacement, tak makan nasik
makan nasik weekend je ada 14kg lagi nak diturunkan ni

Tak kisah la kalau lepas ni slow pun, ni dah ada penurunan pun aku dah syukur sangat2. Kalau tak sebelum2 ni nak turun 2 gram pun payah benau

Makan macam biasa tu maksud aku tak skip makan. Cuma yg aku ubah ialah minum air banyak2 and minum greentea. Exercise tak sempat nak buat, so aku try jalan laju2 time keje. Babai la heels n wedges. Memang aku pakai kasut flat je sekarang ni

Tt bleh try buat ketogenic diet. Betul ke spelling ni. Keto diet ni maksudnye xyah amik karbo mcm nasi, tepung sume tu la. Amik protein. Mula2 susah la sbb da biase mkn nasi kan tp lame2 da biase ok. Ni aku tgk sendiri akak aku, mmg bole kuwus okeh.

Tgk org jugak kan.  I mean for the high-protein diet tu.  Kalau org yg ada masalah jantung or kidney or diabetics ka... tak boleh kot.
