kau ada anak x tt?cuba ada anak..mmg kurus kau..aku dulu b4 beranak gemuk weh..dah beranak..mmg aku kurus..letih kerja n jaga anak..smpi badan pun xmau naik dah..lpaa hbs pantang mmg badan aku solid molis macam anak dara..

biasa lepas beranak memang cepat kurus

tapi bila dah berhenti beranak badan naik kalau tak control makan

sy beranak empat anak dari 2011-2016, slim, perut time ngandung pun kempis mcm xngandung tapi sekarang bila xjafa makan berat lagi berat dari masa ngandung 40minggu

i stresss naik dkt 10kgs,dr 55 naik balik berat time berpantang anak no 2,dah byk kali tgk eat clean menu tapi tak der minat,mcm tak percaya sgt,tp once baju2 semua nak ketat, i feel so low bout myself,i tgk2 ig,minat pulak nak tny promo deal kat ig

1st time tny sorg ni,sebulan rm360,plus minum herbalife, i tak nak
2nd time i try this ig schaellcha, ms tu promo n tak terasa sgt nak byr,so i pun daftar,from 66.7kg  within 1 mth i turun 4kg,my target only 2kg,tp oklah turun more,dia bagi menu eat clean,masuk grup,aftr 1 mth habihkan la grup tu,so oklah,semangat,lps tu kena be strong n maintain

tp i pegi gym,saja2 jln mall,try tanya ,bukak dr kul 7am,so i hantar anak terus p gym..

TT, nak share tips. I ada problem gak badan jenis fluctuates kena maintain je all the time. Kwn2 lain badan jenis normal makan nasi 3x sehari pun stay kurus!

I plak jenis badan subur n mekar muahaha if nak maintain, nasi 1x sehari. If nak lose weights no carbo, salty and sweet food! Pastu kalau nak gain weights 5 kg in 2 weeks, senang sgt!.

Paling gems I pernah setakat ni 92 kg.
Tapi bdn I mmg jenis kena maintain all the time sobs sobs

Btw pls beware, badan kita 70% depends on what we eat. Another 30% tu from workout/exercise.

Means, if you nak lose weight. Kena sgt2 jaga makan. As for me yg mmg dah biasa dgn condition badan i, trial error trial error. I dah kenal jenis badan I. Badan i jenis xleh makan fastfood, or makanan yg bergaram tggi.
So cara diet I is, avoid high carbo food, and pls the healthiest food is masakan yg masak sendiri.

I dulu dengan x suka sayurnya, suka makan fast food, air manis. Lama2 i adapt dgn lifestyle healthy sampai if I makan normal as in 3x nasi per day, minum ais n sweets food, badan i rasa sgt2 x selesa. Badan i dah kenal makanan healthy or x, but nafsu tu kdg2 dtg kacau nak gak mkn benda2 berlemak bergaram itu

Panjangnya melalut, here are the tips;
1. I avoid processed food. Sbb processed food ada chemical, perasa, msg and very high in garam.

2. I avoid Nasi, roti putih, mihun, meggi, mi etc. Ada org dia kecam cara diet I x ambik nasi n carbo ni.. sebab katanya tak sihat. But.. lain org lain cara. I dah try cara makan nasi. Tak jalan. My badan mmg xmau turun w Nasi. Even sesenduk. Then masalah plak makin makan nasi, makin I lapar. If pg dah makan, ptg tu I mesti lapar nak nasi lagi. So I avoid nasi (dlm tempoh tertentu), now skrg I dah buat rutin as makan nasi once a week. Means ada target, I makan healthy one week. Then Weekend I akan makan apa2 i terliur.

3. Avoid sugars.. ni rules paling penting dlm jaga badan. Badan kita bila terima lebih carbo, it will turn into glucose = gula. Lebih glucose dlm body will be stores as FAT. So byg lah if you makan nasi + lauk u pun ada carbo as in u letak gula, msg, perasa, kicap, sos semua tu. Then tambah lg milo ais? No no thats why.. I sgt hadkan pengambilan carbo in my healthy diet.. then tu baru lemak yg stored from carbo. Belum kira lemak dari minyak, santan etc. Sorry if tak phm tanya lg ya

4. I masak sendiri and I guna olive oil.

5. I tak suka sayur sgt. So I biasakan diri makan salad.

6. So apa I makan?
- eggs.
- protein.
- healthy carbo.
- oats
- buah yg x high in carbo.. mcm watermelon, berries, dragon fruits. Buah mcm tu mengenyangkan, tak manis and can burn your body fat.
- instead of potato i tukar menu tu guna cauliflower
- as someone yg tak suka makan sayur, i selalu minum celery juice.
- Etc. Tp ni la makanan diet I basically.
- taknak boring i try macam2 gaya healthy. Ayam panggang + salad, eggs salad, sometimes I makan je roti yg wholemeal. Sayur jgn lupa.
- air. Minum banyak. I mmg minum air banyak dr pg sampai mlm.

7. Bila rajin I keluar berpeluh. Sbb feeling lps workout tu, terus rasa syg nak makan merepek. Rasa mcm ish sygnya diet n peluh keluar harini. So balik makan telur rebus dua biji+ celery juice for dinner.! Haha

Tp TT starts slowly la.. bukan mudah if dah biasa makan nak adapt into something new. I pun mcm tu, semangat lps tu dah lose bnyk I off diet jap. Then static, then sambung balik.. then raya. Off jap.. pastu sambung balik.. Apa pun, it’s not a destination.. it’s a lifestyle

Omg this is so helpful. I punya kes sgt2 similar to yours. I pun dah tak makan nasik and noodles tapi bantai oat utk brekkie, eggs for lunch and buah for dinner. Weight loss memang tak kebabom tapi am happy with 4 kg in 6 weeks

Caiyok tt. I was gemok jgk dl. Bulat dan pernah kena kutuk. Leher kura2 sbb xnmpk leher. Hahaha.... I nekad nk kuruskan badan. Amik masa yg agak lama jgk. Dlm 2-3 tahun jgk la. Dr 64kg to 47kg. Skrg berat naik ke 50kg lps lama x eksais dan diet ke laut lps operate last year . Skrg i dh start diet semula dan active jogging, badminton. Nk badan fit with healhty lifestyle.

Aku pernah gak baca pasal pinggan ni, tapi asenye macam tak sama jek. Yang aku baca tu lebih pada psikologi, kononnya diorang buat research kalau kita makan dalam pinggan merah, naluri untuk makan banyak tu berkurang sebab tengok color merah tu. Aku tak pernah try so tak tau..

Ohh tu diff pinggan.ni yg kementerian kesihatan.ada jgak yg jual kat ig tp x der lah gmbr buah or sayur tp plain.cuma dia buat portion suku separuh.but harga mahal.rm45 satu.yg penting kita sukat sendiri jelah

I was talking to someone smlm. Psl diet. Frust bile tanye psl makan. "Semua i makan. Sbb i suke makan".  Then don't  talk about diet. Terus la gemuk. Skit pengorbanan pun x nk buat. Lg nk ckp psl kurus.  Bknnye mati kalau kurangkan makan.
