Perasaan soft spot ke atas pengarah itu tetap berlanjutan wpun dia didapati bersalah kes merogol dan meliwat budak pompuan umur 13thn dlm era 70an. Tapi, dia sempat lari ke Eropah dan dok kat situ berpuluh2 thn, kemudian mengarah filem 'the Pianist' - Hollywood pun lupa balik kes lama beliau, malah ramai yg sokong supaya kerajaan US mengampunkan Roman, antara penandatangan petisyen nih termasuk Woody Allen, Harvey Weinstein dan Darren Aronofsky - bf baru Jennifer Lawrence.
the bottomline is Hollywood is full of pervs and hypocrites.
