Many successful people take 10-15 minutes to meditate or simply think about something in silence. Waking up early doesn’t mean not sleeping enough. 89% of wealthy people sleep from 7 to 8 hours a night, and they go to sleep at the recommended time: between 9 and 10 p.m.

Mmg ideally mcm tu lah tp susahnya nak tido 9-10pm sbb tiap2 hari balik keje sampai rumah 8pm, dinner 830pm, takkan terus tido. Buat preparation for the next day, uruskan hal rumah etc paling cpt boleh tido 11 pm. Ni takde anak, kau ada anak pengsan lah

Apa pun mmg maintain 7-8 hours of sleep tiap2 hari. Baru badan rasa fresh and well rested bgn pagi nnt

bestnye kalau dapat tido 8 jam sehari macam zaman single dulu.
sekarang tido dapat 6 jam je.
tapi still bangun awal lah, pukul 5/5.30 dah bangun.
pernah jugak bangun lambat tapi serious lah kalau bangun lambat ni semua benda jadi huru hara, dengan drive pun jadi huru hara, pastu tension kalau drive belakang lori lembap etc.
mmg beza kalau bangun awal, tenang je, nak solat pun tenang. pastu siap boleh buat air panas sambil scroll ig
pastu drive pun tenang, sampai tempat kerja ada masa lah pikir nk buat apa hari ni.

Since I was in college, I hanya tidur 5-6 jam sahaja. Bila dah start masuk ke dunia pekerjaan and until now, paling lama I tidur 3-4 hours.

I know it's not healthy. Tapi, I dah terbiasa. Body system dah di 'set' begitu. I think it depends on people. Some of them need a longer sleep. Some of them don't. Macam I, I don't need a longer sleep unless kalau I betul-betul penat physically and mentally.

And a BIG NO NO bangun lewat. Paling lewat pun pukul 7 pagi. Itu pun sebab terlepas subuh. Masa itu emas. Waktu hidup ni la kita kena utilise masa tu sebaik yang mungkin. And don't forget dalam Islam Allah dah pesan tidur lepas Subuh nanti rezeki sempit. So, maksudnya di sini ialah sentiasa bangun awal sebelum Subuh kalau nak murah rezeki.

One of my chinese friend said this:

"Kurangkan tidur semasa hidup. Waktu hidup, banyakkan berfikir dan bekerja. Keep doing activities that benefit your life. Jangan risau, nanti mati tidurlah puas-puas."

I envy the Chinese  ppl.  Bangun seawal mungkin utk mencari rezeki  . Kuat berkerja dan sgt efficient  bila mengurus esp bab duit tapi i lebih envy org yg sentiasa  bersyukur walau hidup dlm kepayahan dan kesusahan tetap rasa tenang.
Kita plak di galak kan  bgn seawal subuh  utk mula hari kita.  Dan org dulu kata,  buka seluas luas nya tingkap di awal pagi supaya rezeki senang masuk.  
Wat ever  ur kepercayaan,  balance kan  kehidupan n rezeki,  jgn terlalu menekan diri,  its gonna effect  yr life n yr family.  Be happy n sentiasa bersyukur  dgn apa yg ada

Hehe,agak nyesal pasal Dlu bujang x pndai nak nikmati tidur..skrg da jd ibu,anak celik je kna ikot celik..sorg bgun 5pg,sorg bgun 11pg..jd agak tkejar2 mlayan pasal dua2 kcik lg..
So da ta ada istilah noon person da..

Iolls mmg morning person, smp laa skunk altho now da fulltime hsewife. When i was working, i used to set my clock at 4.30am.
Bangun terus bancuh coffee sambil mengelamun sekejap.
Then prepare simple brekkie for my kids n hubby.
Mandi, bersiap2, solat subuh & off to work..
By doing that i cud use the shortest route to my office with the minimal toll fare, dapat parking spot yg most convinience & boleh menari2 dijalanraya semasa melintas jalan.
Gave me peace of mind by starting things as early as possible..no nyumpah2 driver yg cut cue or berebut2 cari parking etc..
Sadly i’m not that successful at work..but still happy

used to be morning person..rezeki lebih senang masuk..tp since makin byk kerja.susah maintain habit..bangun pun biasa pku 8..

iolsss mase bujang dulu memang bukan morning person...
kadang selagi belum kul 9 atau 10 mate memang takkan celik..
kalau bangun subuh tido lewat sikit dalam 7 lebih memang kul 9 ke atas la baru bangun..
mak iolss pon salu bising dulu.. hahaha...
lahi2 masa study uni dulu.. stay back memalam.. esok pagi pas solat subuh mesti sambung smpai tgh hari.. hahahaha
sekarang dah jadi mak ank 2.. kadang cuti2 hujung minggu berangan nak bangun lewat dah tak boleh...
dalam kepala macam2 fikir nak kene buat itu ini...
kadang automatik mate terus celik jam sekian2 sebelum subuh..
tapi kalau hari cuti lepas solat subuh still menten golek2 amik mood dulu sambil belek muke anak2...

actly i jeles dengan person yg boleh bangun awal pagi and keep fresh serta nampak segar jer...
sebab kalau i bangun pagi (sebab ade event tertentu atau ade ape2 hal) mesti akan cepatttttt jer rase letih and mengantok cam hape..
kadang rase mengantok dia tak boleh ditahan2 sampai tersengguk2 kepala... kalau esok keje mala ni i tido lewat sikit dari kul 11...
sah esok nyer akan susahhhhh yakmat nak bangun pagi cam biase....

I amalkan dua perkara ni untuk tetap kekal segar, aktif dan tidak lesu.

1) Amalkan pemakanan yang sihat dan seimbang. Always and always check your diet. Don't skip your meals and eat healthy-balanced.

2) Bersenam.

Change your lifestyle insyaAllah everything will be better. You can do it!

Timing tdo ni..xtntu kdg kalau penat sgt tdo awal..kdg lmbt..
Pg2 plak ada keje atau x..mmg lpas subuh xtdo balik..
Lpas2 mkn,ke sna sni..dh settle semua baru la tdo kjap dlm 1,2 jam..

Mmg morning person sbb mak suka bangun awal - suruh set alarm  kul 3.3o am so mmg terjaga lah. Biasanya sebelum tido saya make sure minum green tea, tido lewat mcmna pun Insya Allah x letih

Haaa bagus-bagus buat planning dari sekarang. Nanti masuk je tahun 2018, you tinggal execute je planning tu. Percayalah, bila badan you fit dan berstamina, you akan rasa lebih sihat, segar dan bertenaga. Selain bersenam, makan jangan lupa kawal. Do both!

zaman study dulu jangan ckp la kul 4 pagi baru tido siapkan assignment.. sebab setiap sem  credit hour dia memang tahap membunuh berbanding cost lain.. kul 8 pagi kne rush g kelas.. boleh kata setiap hari ada kelas pagi.. dlm seminggu kelas full dr kul 8 sampai 5.. break time lunch ja..

bila dh start keja 3 thun pertama tido xikut jam.. sebab byk gila keja kne settle kan.. kalau xde keje pn msti layan tv smpai lewat mlm.. sebab boring duduk rumah sewa sorang2.. setiap minggu wajib balik kampung.. hari khamis jam 3.30 petang dh drive masuk highways balik kg.. subuh ahad jam 5 pagi dah ade atas jalan balik pulak ke office.. itula rutin meols sepanjang 3 tahun duduk jauh dr family..

pastu bila dah pindah office baru duduk dgn family baru rasa relaks..tempat keje xjauh dr umh 2km ja.. office pn relaks xde serabut2 ngadap kerja..cuma kena layan kerenah org ja..

kawan2 meols yg dh kawen semua bg nasihat sebelum kawen dan dapat anak better ko tido puas2, enjoy life bujang sebab nanti bila status dah berubah xkan merasa dh nikmat bujang.. skrg ni alhamdulillah walaupun office dekat ja dengan rumah wajib bangun kul 5.30 am.. tido pn pling lewat 11.30pm
