Iols bukannya anticipate sgt dgn new year resolution wht so ever. Tp for 2018, i have this thought which came out of nowhere. Yea..actually it's like improvisation of little things in my daily routine. Ok i want to reduce consuming processed food, nak tanam herbs dan kononnya nak start my edible garden project (wow ambitious sgt!). And i also want to recycle my domestic waste, nak buat baja sendiri okay. (I googled baja kompos haha). Pastu..i nak do more reading physical books/materials. This is tough, but i will try my very best lah. Finally i nak start tulis address/phone book mcm dulu2 by alphabatical order. Nak challenge jari jemari n maintain tulisan yg kemas.

So...obviously iols punya resolution bukannya smthg big pun but i really hope dpt execute them well.

Finally, how to conclude in 3 words ek? I would say,
Lestari. Intimate. Fokus.

Self-assurance - always believe in myself and never be affected by negativity.

Selective - ni sy buat untuk kawal dan memilih apa yg perlu untuk misi seterusnya. Maksud sy, lebih selective untuk segala segi. Iols akan pilih apa2 perkara ikot apa yg iols nak, berhak dan layak. Contoh ; akan lebih memilih utk membaca benda2 yg less stressful, etc.

Happines : untuk jd manusia yg happy. Sbb i ni workaholic. So akan stress, busy, etc.. untuk happines, iols kena capai be SELECTIVE sperti diatas.

Selfish : yes. Tahun 2018 adalah tahun rehat saya. Nov 2017 bulan terakhir kerja. This year, biarlah adik beradik lelaki i lebij bertanggungjawab kerja kuat2 cari duit utk keluarga.

Health - need to lose some weight, reduce cholestrol, exercise, less stress to body - happy place for baby one day

Financial Stability - nak habiskan hutang2 yg tak perlu, invest in few things, sediakan payung sebelum hujan bak kata orang

Happiness - kalau dapat capai yg no 1 n 2, sekaligus dapat yg no 3
