The Very Reverend Kelvin Holdsworth said if the future King, four, were gay, the Church of England would be forced to change its views on same-sex marriage
CHRISTIANS should pray for Prince George to be gay, a prominent clergyman has said.
The Very Rev Kelvin Holdsworth said it would be the “fastest way” to force the Church of England to allow same-sex marriages.
He urged others to pray for the future king, four, “to be blessed one day with the love of a fine young gentleman”.
The 51-year-old, who is gay, runs St Mary’s Cathedral in Glasgow.
He helped secure same-sex marriage in Scottish Episcopal churches this year.
