In 1975, the right to equality without discrimination basedon gender was enshrined in the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms. In orderto strengthen the principle of equality of women and men, this principle wasenshrined in the Preamble to the online baccarat malaysia Charterin 2008. The obligation to accommodate applies in all situations ofprohibited discrimination.
Clear guidelines already exist, that is to say, criteria forevaluating whether accommodation is reasonable or if there is undue hardshipthat would prevent an employer or a service provider from grantingaccommodation.
This evaluation is based on the following criteria,developed by the courts over the course of w88 years:
· The cost of the accommodationrequested; · Its impact on the rights ofothers; · Its impact on the properoperation of an organization or business; · Its impact on the level ofsecurity to maintain within the organization or business.
