buah pilihan - tembikai, betik, guava, pisang, starfruit, nenas, apple, p ...

Kan ada diet GM diet ke apa ntah namanya. Dari pagi ke malam buah aja. Macam duk pulau rasanya lol.

betol to , baik num Club Soda dari Coke dan lain2.. saya suka minum soda  lemon  umah pun ada soda machine so senang nak buat mcm2 air soda tanpa gula

Takde masalah. Nasi jauh lebih bagus dari kita makan bihun or noodles. Sebab bende tu process kan.

Nanti bila Noor dah makan snack and minum air, perut tak lah lapar. Jadi Noor akan makan secukup nya aja. Itulah pengalaman Paz.

byk lagi buah tempatan yg sehat. jambu batu, betik, pisang, nenas ,limau bali, mangga dan maseh mampu dibeli.apa perlu nya nak makan buah buah impot yg mahal tu kalu dah tk mampu.pilihan ditangan kita

nak sehat? ambil makanan serba serbi sikit. tak perlu terlalu byk makan sesuatu walau pun dikatakan sehat.contoh nya buah , sayor , kecacang, nuts.apa pun diambik terlebeh ada kesan negatif nya. pernah terbaca minum air kosong terlalu byk pun tak elok.

i dok melaka.
semua tu i beli dekat aeon air keroh. semua ada kat situ.
ada satu aisle mengadap area buah & sayur.
kat aisle tu ada macam2 jenis seeds, raw nuts,, variety of oats, n macam2 healthy foods.

so i rasa mana2 branch aeon. tesco tak pasti.
mydin mmg takde.

raw and plain oat mmg payah nak telan, especially beginner.
ni video resepi oatmeal. boleh cuba kat umah.

nnt nk try cari kat aeon sini.
thanks jugak for the video...boleh la try tp i tak sempat nk masak2 mcm dlm video tu, biasa guna microwave utk panaskan susu + oat. lps ni boleh mix with the ingredients mcm dlm video tu. sblm ni letak susu semata, mmg la x lalu tp boleh la habiskan. sometimes letak air biasa & lps panaskan letak ikan bilis yg dah goreng..tu pun x brp lalu...
mlm2 lak buat fruit smoothie boleh letak oat...
i nak tumpu kat sugar intake coz my mother is diabetic. & nk bykkan aktiviti jogging.

mmg btul..kenapa takde subsidi utk fresh milk ek? pastu organic foods mahal nk mampus...camne kita nk jd healthy kalau healthy food mhl gilos.
ingat dulu kat UK pagi2 dalam kul 4 pg camtu milkman dtg letak tray of fresh milk bottles dpn rumah2...mmg sedap giler fresh milk

Dekat sini dia suruh telan minyak sawit tambah gula kekonon susu pekat. Susu pekat original mahal. Susu fresh lagi la harga naik je tiap tiap tahun, di UK 2 liter tu 5 ringgit je, sini sampai 14-15 ringgit. Susu baby kanak kanak lagi la harga maut berpuluh puluh sampai beratus pun ada.
