KFC's cheeky apology about running out of chicken goes better than its joke
.. KFC agrees that a chicken restaurant without any chicken is "not ideal", apologising to angry customers about running out of its main ingredient in the United Kingdom.
Customers turning up to hundreds of outlets across the country found they were closed because there was no chicken. Some people reported KFC to the police, and vented at their local member of parliament.
At first, KFC tried to make light of the situation, tweeting that: "The chicken crossed the road, just not to our restaurants." But it appeared to realise it had underestimated the feelings of its customers, and has had another go at apologising.

KFC agrees that a chicken restaurant without any chicken is "not ideal", apologising to angry customers about running out of its main ingredient in the United Kingdom.
Customers turning up to hundreds of outlets across the country found they were closed because there was no chicken. Some people reported KFC to the police, and vented at their local member of parliament.

A full-page advert in UK newspapers shows an empty bucket of chicken, with a rearranged company logo on the side.
"Huge apologies to our customers, especially those who travelled out their way to find we were closed," KFC said in the advert.
"It's been a hell of a week but we're making progress, and every day more and more fresh chicken is being delivered to our restaurants.
"Thank you for bearing with us".
A change of distributors led to the nationwide shortage, crippling KFC's ability to operate.
As well as the hundreds of closed outlets, others were open with severely limited menus, including one which could only offer BBQ beans, lettuce and popcorn chicken.

apa fakta dari world bank yg msia dah muflis cai? at least facts dari credit rating agencies antarabangsa mcm Fitch ke ... so xda la nampak cai pakatun ni azali bodoh sgt.

Laa siapa cakap Malaysia dah muflis?? Persoalan aku, takkan nak tggu Malaysia muflis dulu baru menggelupor nak amek tindakan? Pernah dgar tak prevention is better than cure? Indeks rasuah pon corot, ada hati nak sembang. Cai mmg bodoh kan? Otak xboleh berfikir jauh ke depan, makin kebelakangan dgan dedak2 je lah cai. |
