Dia bukan terus resign keje pasomalam.
Die resign corporate, bukak bisnes sendiri sbb bengang dengan bos.
So masih kerja dalam company.
Tajuk misleading sangat.
Bersara COO, kerja pasar malam. |

Kwn i sbb company nk die letak jawatan, so depa bagi tekanan tak de increment, bonus... cukup 2 tahun die resign.. and alhamdulillah, rezeki lebih baik kat company baru.. |

Betul, tapi buat syarikat secoet gitu pakai aje lah post macam Gen. Manager ke, Managing Director ke ... kalau 2-3 staff dia cuma dreba/general worker aje, Chief Executive tanpa executive? |

Di glc yg sama jua, senior akak ni umur dah 46...kene tengking dgn bos cina ahso
Last2 senior akak tu resign
After 5 yrs, karma la buat ahso tu sbb after restructuring,sheols dah takde portfolio lg.portfolio dia udah kene took over by new bos yg baru join... Last2 ahso tu pulak resign..akak ucapkan padan muka la iya

tengok sendiri vs rasa sendiri kena maki ternyata berbeza. balik rumah mrk maki pulak anak bini sbb stress. tak pasal2 gaduh pulak laki bini pasal hal2 yg berlaku di opis. pity them.. resign jer lah. cari kerja lain

Question:
Why use such method (give pressure, humiliate in meeting etc) to get rid of employee they dont want to keep? Why not being honest tell their staff to resign (termination) ?
Answer:
1. According to Malaysian labour law, the process is very long. Many companies cant afford to do that especially smaller ones.
2. Firing staff cost money, many experience bosses use psychological pressure to make an employee resign, especially high ranking employee.
3. It's a constructive dismissal
4. It is much more easier to let the staff "resign" rather than the company having to "terminate" the staff i.e. having to pay compensation via VSS/MSS/etc
5. Wrong termination then the employee could sue you back too, better let them resign themselves
6. You need at least three warning letters addressed to the employee before u can fired him/her. But still, it is arguable in court. The safest way is the mind game, make them quit instead of company firing them.
7. In Japan, they humiliate the worker they want to get rid of by assigning them to easy job until they quit, easy job such as making drinks or simply reading newspaper whole day.
8. Termination contract is costly for company. Less complicated if they decided to leave on their own.
