Ade orang sgt kelam kabut.
Rase semua bende nak buat.
Bila x dpt buat semuaaaa mula salahkan diri.
Mula hati x tenteram.

Dalam perhubungan pulak,
Kalau bf-gf, sehari kalau x gaduh, x sah.
Langsung x tenang.

Kalau husband+wife,
Hal kecil macam anak nk exam
pun blh jd isu.

Kalau dlm business,
Bile projek slow,
mula stresss.

Ape korang buat utk stay calm & get going.
Jom share.
Mana tau blh jd tips n guideline utk org lain.

sllnya saya akn cari makanan yg manis2 mcm coklat. Coklat mmg kena ade dlm peti sejuk iye. Saat2 emergency mcm ni, coklat la paling memahami. Hahaha.. dan yg sll saya buat, tgk runningman! Terus lupa segala masalah, ni mmg mujarab. Gentle! hahaha

i suka masak
kalau hari cuti, boleh buat pudding ke, kek ke, i rasa happy. hilang penat.
kalau hari kerja, dapat masak lauk pun hilang penat juga.

dulu dulu nak hilangkan stress i main candy crush sampai addicted
now dah stop

I nak hilangkan stress i suke exercise yg berat sikit or kalau stress sangat i nangis nangis sampai i rasa lega. Lepas nangis i ambik wuduk mengadu pada yg Esa. Baru rasa lega. Jarang nak meluahkan orang sebab i spesies malu nak cite masalah peribadi. Even my husband or mom.

Sbelum ni kalau stress kepala serabut, memang makan. Dark choc, kek, minum kopi sedap etc. pastu dengar music lagu macam2.

then haritu kepala serabut tahap mengong. Pastu google ayat utk tenangkan hati.
Ada banyak. Tp i pilih al-waqiah & yaasinn. Bukan baca pon. Tapi dengar
On je surah al-waqiah kat i-quran sesambil buat kerja kat ofis. Rasa lebih fokus n relax weh mesti banyak syaiton tebakaq

my stress reliever biasanya adalah baking. tapi kalau i am pressed for time, contohnya, tgh buat assignment tp stresssss (sdg mengalaminya pd masa ini), i akan tgk tv sat - watch nanny ke, 70's show ke or rancangan masak2 kt food network.

Have me-time. Walk by the beach or have coffee and watch the day passes by. Dont rush or feel guilty for not doing anything for that day. Take a break from socmed! Read instead.

saya jenis yang ikut peraturan. maksudnya kalau rutin harian berubah, akan jadi panik dan rasa kelam kabut. contohnyaa hari sabtu, husband akan pergi beli brang dapur dekat pasar. saya tak ikut, akan duduk rumah mandikan anak2. lepas husband balik, akan makan breakfast sama2, then saya akan kemas meja. lepas kemas meja, terus cuci ikan/ayam barang2 basah yang beli tadi dan susun sayur2 letak di tempatnya.

after that kemas rumah. lap2 habuk, vakum 1 rumah. lepas tu mop 1 rumah, cuci dapur. then straight pergi cuci bilik air. lepas tu akan iron baju sendiri dan baju kerja husband untuk stok seminggu. so in between kalau anak menangis ke, nak kena bagi susu badan dekat anak, so sepanjang bagi susu badan tu, rasa xkena sebab ada yang tak siap lagi kerja ni.

kalau tetibe haris abtu ada aktiviti, saya akan awlkan rutin ni. tapi kalau tetibe husband ajak kelaur, tak sempat nak ready, so sepanjang kelaur tu, rasa macam tak seronok sebab rumah tak kemas lagi dan bersih lagi

dulu masa baru kahwin memang rasa rungsing sangat kalo rutin berubah. cumanya lepas dah lama kahwin, husband banyak tolong, suruh calm. bagi minum kopi dan tengok movie untuk lupakan benda2 dalam kepala ni
