Banyak penyakit start dari perut, so i diet untuk fixkan perut i. Dulu selalu gastrik, pedih perut, muka kusam, sakit2 badan. I minum bone broth hari2 for breakfast. Pakai slow cooker, masak kaki ayam, cuka epal(yg jenis keruh tu), bay leaves, bwg putih at least 6 jam. Iols pantang, benda yang i tak makan: gula, nasi, bijirin, kentang, rempah2 biji, susu, tomato, cili, terung byk lagi tak leh ingat pulak sekarang ni. I masak sayur, ayam, ikan, daging etc etc. Hari2 makan kenyang, tak berlapar pun. Berat sentiasa turun walaupun tak exercise.

I sebenarnya nak sihatkan perut tapi mengurus adalah bonus hihihi. Kulit muka i lebih bersih sekarang, heartburn pun dah takde. Nanti kalau dah betul2 elok, i boleh reintro balik makanan2 yg i pantang tu. Giteww. So sapa2 nak turun kilo cepat, boleh lah try paleo or keto. For more info, boleh google lagi.

InshaAllah boleh. When I started yoga, I have serious neck and shoulder pain as well as lower back pain. Masih sakit lagi skrg tapi tak seteruk dulu. Camel pose i buat still sakit la. Takleh buat lama2. Bak kata cikgu, slowly.

Untuk bagi semangat, kita kena ada "The Why". Tujuan and kenapa kita nak sihat. Iols nak sihat sebab nak besarkan anak, and nak anak i makan makanan sihat jugak, biar dia belajar good eating habit.

i pun lebih kurang mcm u, ada prob leaky guts. i jd allergic to ayam, seafood, dairies n kacang2.
then i start minum acv n madu lebih kurang 6 bln, pastu entah mcm mana boleh pulak nak try mkn ayam nandos n kulit dah x de gatal2 mcm biasa.
dairies dah boleh mkn tp i ambik sikit2 selang 3 hari. kalau mkn telur, mkn telur ayam kg.
seafood n nuts je still pantang. tak berani mkn, seafood amik satu suap je utk rasa.
kacang apa pun tak leh mkn, nnt bengkak. masa trend chia seeds, i tried tp bengkak jari2 lps mkn.

acv n madu mmg i still minum, tak berani skip. dulu try lemon n madu tp x menjadi n tetiba lemon mhl pulak. tu yg ganti dgn  acv.
i skip daging and ambik tauhu. dulu mkn lamb sbb ganti ayam tp now mcm dah tak leh masuk.

kalau ada modal beli yg bagus sikit, lupa brand kat mr diy pun ada, dlm 50++ kot, inpenah beli kat shopee gelong penimbangnya, kejap ringan melampau kejap berat melampau

takpun beli kat cosway, pun bagus & tahan lama penimbangnya

moon, cer mkn avocado hari2. it's a good healthy fat that u need.
i selalu blend half of avocado dgn segelas susu putih n date syrup. tak nak date syrup pun tak pe.

Banyaknye tips n petua..iol suke

Iol ade problem craving,kadang sebulan craving yang goreng2,pastu d next month tak selera makan,next month craving kek/sweets n d next 2 weeks tak craving ape2..anyone mind to share macam mne nak control craving ni?

Iol pear shape body,masalah trtumpu kat peha n calf iol agak besar,lagi obvious bila dh duk rumah dabel stori

Teringin nak try resipi kurus cara che ta yg iol trtengok kt ig,sheol blend asam keping,epal hijau,buah delima sikit,berries n kurma tak silap...ade sesape penah try?

Baru bace Ji.haaa kann...
bukan kite tak paksa nak gemuk tapi susah nak naik.
tambah lagi,aku memang tak suka amik ubat/supplement either sapu atau makan.
aku jenis yang naik pipi.
tapi kalau sehari tak makan nasik dia punya turun fuh 2kilo terus.
tapi kalau naik 0.5, then let the shit go, yang 0.5 pn gone skali.kahkahkah
so sekarang ni tengah strugle makan pagi-tengahari-malam ikut jadual with healthy food.
Kadang ade juga rase nak g gym, sebab kawan aku cakap once dah start gym,otomatik kita jaga pemakanan.


Tapi segan la plus susah nak cari gym untuk girl-girl saje.

@mrsjones ni ha my portion. Dah 3 tahun iols makan mcm ni. Start makan mcm ni sbb berat i cecah 56kg. I x blh terima berat tu. I tried atkin, x jalan. Tp atkin la penyebab i mkn skit. Sbb perut dah x blh terima makan nasi banyak2.

N i modified diet ikut keperluan sendiri. Cth iols ni pengemar kopi yg manis, so iols pilih, hr ni nak kopi manis ke nak mkn dessert. Kalau i mkn dessert, kopi i tawar. Vice versa.

i beli kat Miniso Rm39 atau rm49 lupa suda.. kecik comel je.ngam2 kaki

digital..setakat ni berfungsi dengan baik lagi.

woah..buleh try ni nak blend. lebih senang blend camni. minum sekali harung.

sempena nak sambut PRU14 ni .. i baru gigh nak slim.
start hari minggu ritu duk blend celery,halia, kurma,nenas,buah pear/lai (mana-mana buah). ala2 recipe greensmoothies tu..
buat apa yg boleh dtelan je dulu.. & plain water tak kurang 2 liter.. forumer mana ritu cakap xleh kurang 2liter dia minum. maka i foloww
sebelum ni sangat kurang mnum air kosong.kdg2 tak minum langsung seharian.

biasa pagi-pagi i mnum 2 mug coffee(nescafe + susu omega+ susu pekat sket)
now pagi-pagi 1 mug pon lambat habis..mkn kuih & air manis pun dah kurang. mungkin sebab duk togok air banyak kosong kot.
so bila dapat menda manis rasa manis bebenau
semoga kempis la badan iols huhu
