I tkot btol tgk my housemate consume Chatime/TeaLive or Starbucks almost every week!

Sama la dgn akak2 kt office ni. Suka makan fast food. Pastu nak kurus beli ubat kurus mcm2. Pastu bila xturun berat bising. Tah hape2..

nak share.. in my line of work, i do a lot of walking. kalau tgk kat fon, dpt track yg everyday i walk average 3,000 - 5,000 steps per day. iols plak jenis minum manis. lunch & dinner mmg makan nasi. takde diet ke apa. cuma mmg jenis makan in small portion. i'm 153cm and 50kg. BMI normal. tp perut je jarak kedepan bahaha bahana tak pantang time bersalin aritu.. sbb ada post czer complication. so pantang & berbengkung actually plays a role la kpd mak2 yg nak perut kecut lps bersalin. sbb lps iols beranak anak 1st, iols pantang makan & berbengkung. mmg slim. berat jadi 45kg.


so far iols skrg da kurangkan minum manis, bykkan minum air masak. pastu ada gak la cubaan nak bersenam. bukan nak kurus sgt pon. skrg ni da ok rasanya cuma walking helps in maintaining weight & stay healthy ja. umur dah meningkat ni senang sket penyakit nak mai ha

sebabnye takde husband takde anak nak keje jaga
penat pun sebab keje jer lah, which masih lagik boleh tolerate

Assalamualaikum

Berat saya pada  Jan 2016 = 114kg.
Sekarang 68kg. Tinggi 158 so target 65kg.

Lepas jatuh kat ofis pada Jan 2016, urat kaki putus.
2 bulan mc sepatutnya dah recover tapi still tak okay then doc cakap kuruskan badan.
tapi biasalah degil kan, gemuk is awesome

Jan-July still buat fisio. Next Sept ada check up jadi takut tiba-tiba sebab doc dah remind kurus kurus kurus kalo nak kaki elok.

1 Ogos 2016 start diet start tak amik nasi. tapi biasalah takde ilmu main belasah. gastrik.
2 minggu try follow Kevin, coach kat ig just amik cara pemakanan, diet atau exercise. so jumpa basikal senaman yang dah jadi tempat sidai tuala. bawak turun ke porch dan start kayuh.

1. Kayuh basikal 1 jam x 3 hari seminggu. Isnin, Rabu & Jumaat. Sabtu Ahad kalo free kayuh jugak.
2. Minum air 3 liter sehari. buh green tea ahmad london.
3. Tak makan nasi. gantikan dengan roti, boleh makan nasi segenggam tapi saya takut jadi bergenggam-genggam sebab nasi adalah kelemahan saya.
4. Pakai korset setelah loose 8kg pada bulan pertama. pakai untuk bagi body lebih firm. dari saiz 5XL now XXL.

Gambar? Ada kat ig sebab tak reti tepek.
