Masalah i ni is the complete opposite to everyone. I bukan nak slim down, I am actually underweight and trying to gain weight.
So far I'm watching my daily calories. Ada certain target to meet for me to gain weight. Kena makan extra 1000 calories than what my body actually needs. Lps intense calorie-watching for several months, I gained 2kg. ONLY
So yg i sibuk mintak tips sana sini tu sebenarnya tips nak bagi body berisi and curvy. I envy you girls ada curve sana sini, boleh flaunt it. Short of going under the knife (never in my life), I have no idea what to do sbb I have been skinny all my life and dah try mcm2. Setakat ni, berani pakai krim sapu-sapu je (takde effect pun) apart from pushing myself to eat eat eat to gain weight.
Most importantly I nak badan berisi, sbb the husband selalu ckp tak sedap peluk
And my confidence is down the drain. I sgt cerewet pilih baju nak pakai. Kebaya and peplum mmg tak pakai, teringin tapi takde shape. I always get "alahai sekeping je dia, tak makan ke" said to my face even by family members and colleagues. So I opt for loose clothes to hide my body. Contrary to what people think, oh kurus bestlah senang pakai baju apa pun. Sadly, no.
So kawan-kawan tlglah bagi tips or recommend products/whatever I am open to any suggestions, apart from try beranak to get a nice shape |

Last time i pun kurus sgt 47-48kg bayangkan dgn tinggi 167cm? Zaman U dulu i makan choc before tido, makan mcm biasa pastu i keje duduk je kt kerusi, sudahnya bonbon meols jadi lebar
Pastu i start menyusu nen pun membesar dari cup A ke cup C huhu

Utk menten kan body, akak buat eksesais body combat
Tak perlu buang duit join gym, class kt gym bagai
Bukak je Youtube.. Body combat eksesais
30min...tp baru 15 min, akak peluh2 satu muka and body.. Jantung pun degup kencang
Body combat ni bagus sbb movement mantap and include sume eksesais mcm muay thai, kick boxing etc |
