• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferably 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Sales and Marketing.
• Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram) and tools and possess a clear understanding on how Social Media adds value to a business / services/ brand.
• Be up-to-date with Social Media  trends and development.
• Ability to take on pressure and work under tight schedules and deadlines.
• Resourceful, motivated, independent and takes initiative to fulfil tasks.
• Experience with website analysis using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Insight is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make quality, formal presentations/ proposals.
• Capacity and willingness to embrace change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn a lot quickly.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willing to travel to meet clients.

Tanggungjawab :

• You need to look for sales lead and you will fully responsible to meet or exceed individual and group sale target or revenue goals by achieving conversion rate from enquiry of digital marketing service.
• Meeting up with potential client (SME's, Corporate, Government or equivalent) to introduce our professional service in digital marketing.
• Planning, creating, publishing and managing media buys especially on Facebook Page Post for Siakap Keli, Kaki Share, LentoqTV and few more Facebook pages.
• Collect and gather client requirement, expectation towards digital marketing development milestone and budgeting.
• Prepare a customise proposal to suit / meet client requirement and expectation.
• Negotiate the pricing and charges on the quote that we propose to client to ensure we meet client budget.
• Keep update and report to client project progress milestone and condition.
• Follow up necessary documentation with client such as quotation, sales order and invoice.
• Follow up necessary payment with client.
• Creating, publishing and managing monthly contents.
• Monitoring, listening and responding to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Monitoring effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
• Analysing, reviewing and reporting the effectiveness of a campaign in an effort to maximise results.
• Aware of latest updates to any social media channels e.g. Facebook algorithm, Instagram new feature and etc, and explore creative ways to benefit from the latest updates.
• Collect data as well as track, analyse and optimise performances of all digital marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (e.g. CPI, CPA, CPC and etc).
