[Tempatan] TIPS kurangkan berat badan lepas selesai semua jemputan Open House nanti

HARI RAYA adalah hari kemenangan buat seluruh umat Islam selepas sebulan berpuasa.

Selama 30 hari itu, pastinya ada yang mengambil kesempatan menambah amal jariah untuk pulangan yang berlipat kali ganda.

Apa yang pasti, kesempatan itu juga diambil sepenuhnya bagi mereka yang berazam menurunkan berat badan.

Paling bahagia, apabila usaha itu berjaya. Dua kilogram pun nampak perubahan.

Tetapi, janganlah pula tibanya Syawal boleh makan semua tanpa peduli kalori dan kolestrol.

Jangan nanti Ramadan turun 2kg, baru 3 Syawal dah naik 4kg.

Sia-sia sahaja usaha.

Jadi bagi mengelakkan kekecewaan, ini sedikit perkongsian tip yang mungkin boleh membantu anda mengawal jumlah kalori dan kolestrol semasa Raya.
Lemang (sepotong) / Rendang Ayam (2 ketul) = 100 kalori

Aktiviti membakar 100 kalori:

Brisk walk = 30 minit
Joging = 15 minit
Berbasikal = 10 minit

Ketupat (8 kiub kecil) = 80 kalori

Aktiviti membakar 80 kalori:

Brisk walk = 20 minit
Joging = 10 minit
Berbasikal = 15 minit

Kuah Kacang (1 senduk) / Rendang Daging (2 ketul) = 130 kalori

Aktiviti membakar 130 kalori:

Brisk walk = 35 minit
Joging = 15 minit
Berbasikal = 20 minit

Lontong dan Sayur Lodeh = 260 kalori

Aktiviti membakar 80 kalori:

Brisk walk = 70 minit
Joging = 30 minit
Berbasikal = 40 minit


Almond London (sebiji) / Tart Nenas (sebiji) = 50 kalori

Aktiviti membakar 50 kalori:

Brisk Walk = 15 minit
Joging = 6 minit
Berbasikal = 8 minit

Nak raya ni bukan sahaja anda perlu rancang perjalanan, tapi nak makan pun perlu perancangan demi hidup yang lebih sihat.

Barulah usaha anda berbaloi.

Not even a problem sebab saya cemuh dgn makanan raya.xsedap..ujung2 makan megi jah sementara kedai mkn bukak.

Kuah Kacang (1 senduk) / Rendang Daging (2 ketul) = 130 kalori..

Dah telan berketul2 daging.. nanti kena jalan kaki balik ke Ipoh la jawabnye...

Alhmdlh berkat excercise sis oren dan juga menahan nafsu mebtakedarah i dah turun 5 kg.  Mmg puas ati.. senaman tangga tuu mmg sgt hokkey.. satu lg mmg tak sentuh minuman manis.. kalo teringin beli satu kongsi reramai.  Mknan manis jah lg yg saya tak leh avoid lg tambah tambah taye ni.. satu lagi lemang nasi impit mmg i who are yous kan jah.. sate pun i tak kenal..

parking jauh sikit. exercise jalan kaki
lepas makan masa open house, minum air kosong

Raya pertama iols dh mencekik rendang dan segala oily food..so mlm td jugak iols dah amik detox tea dan xenical
Xenical is beryyy d powerful utk buang sume minyak2 .....pedulik apa iola kalo org kata xenical tu bahaya bagai.. Body akak.. Sukati akaklah.. Janji dah buang minyak dr badan

I makan saja apa yang i rasa mahu makan ..... lepas raya ke 4 i mahu sunbathing dengan swim untuk bakar calori ...run wasted my time untuk i......sebab swimmng lebih cepat burn fats dan sculpting bentuk badan...

Sebab kuah kacang kot?

Semalam iols makan nasi dagang kelate, sate, roti jala, ketupat palas dan laksam. Hidangan typical kelate. So far ok.
