Kan sama jah di sini pon sis..2 mggu biasanya set2 siam cuti diorang raya sakan....i need some clear broth now..kari kuzi lontong pelbagai smuanya buat rasa mual sebab bau di semua tempat start hari raya 1

Sama2 ...baca yachhh n excercise tangga tu mmg dah terbukti. Sis @buritan yg katanya dulu jogging ke jalan berkilometer tp lemaks susah nak turun lol skrg dah turun 5 kelo sejak buat excercise tangga. Excercise tangga ni cuma naik turun tangga jah. Lagi satu jgn lupa find out bentuk badan dulu, baca lah thread tu, nanti ko faham. Sbb ada bentuk badan tertent tak sesuai mkn sesetangah mkn sbb tu yg gemokk. Good luck yach sis!

Mmg elok bwk bekal air sendiri dlm beg tgn. Aku pun buat gitew klu keluar rmh. Rugilah minum air manis2 ni sbb sehari kita kena minum byk air klu asyikk minom air manis mmg gedempoll lah jwbnya

Adehhh... Bulan puasa I turun 1 kg je. Raya naik pulak. Pasni kena jogging lepas kerja.

I mkn sume rumah yg I pegi msa 1st day rya. Smpai je rumah, cpt2 i rendam green tea + lemon.

Raya ke 2-4 da kurang mkn...byk mereput kt dapur memasak. Bila da penat, xlalu nk mkn. Rya ke5 da start kje,  selera da membuak blk. Ni tgh control n teruskan dgn green tea + lemon panas.

I xde masa nk g jogging...selalu exercise kt rmh  jer

Hello hello chuols jgan bodoh semberono jah 100 kalori makan kena bakar 100kalori. Jgan lupa nak hidup seharian pon gunakan kalori jua. Contohnya seorang janda perlukan 1300-1500 kalori utk hidup saja. So kalau bakar 1500 kalori kau nak hidup cmne dek? Tetap lah kena makan jua as long as calorie intake less or equivalent to calories need. Dan kalau selalu amalkan gaya hidup sihat yakni berlari dan tahap metabolisme tinggi, sekala sekala time raya nak melantak sehari dua tu no problem lah. Hidup bukan nak makan makanan sihat semata-mata, bosan lah hidup sebegitu yah!
