Parasitology aku pun puas dok fokus si xandra bciter. Sampai habis cter ni aku tak tahu apa kisah kes Anna ni. ples kalau saper2 tahu cter kan .. adehhhh

poyo je cite ni. cause in the end, it all begins/concluded/interlinked with that james being part of a cult. sorry, but for me, it's kinda "what the hell?". the writers gave us no clue about the cult. i perceived the cult as kinda deux es machina! so much of anna would discover about her past, but well, this isn't about her past. this is about her adopted father's life. not hers! unless writers revealed why james chose anna (could be because of the incident where anna cut the paedo's genital, hence he saw the potential in Anna as bee queen? idk. no indication or whatsoever about this.)
Another thing- alex changed to xandra. this is quite an interesting plot. but of course, with loophole. so when anna watched the recording where it gave us a clue that he, alexandra (there, i mix alex and xandra as a person), had slept with anna, it tells us that anna might be impregnanted with alexandra"s. but then again, 'what' is alexandra when he/she slept with the guy with that funny fetish. a shemale?
then again, salon isn't all that bad. i gotta say that i follow the series because of khabir bhatia and of course its premise. it gives u a different vibe than all those typical melayu. it wasn't that bad, but there's room of improvement. julia farhana is a good young newcomer. could improve to continue to shine. i gotta say that iman corrine is the best here. oh another thing that i like about alexandra character is that, u can see how different their english command. xandra with manglish and alexander with the standard english. i can't stand xandra manglish enunciation

Nevertheless, I'm not buying all those queen bee and bee keeper stories. Kinda weak for me, to be honest. At the end, the series tried to give u a plot twist but it just doesn't deliver. At least not for me.I gave you the sister rose's eye as an example. she said that the person took her eye cos he doesn't want her to see something. but, what is that something? is it alex? again, no answer.
writers, please tighten up your plot, consequences and reasoning. as much as this series trying to give a fresh vibe to the local scene, i feel it's a bit of let down. maybe cause my expectation was quite high.

dah abes tengok nanti kongsi kat sini. aku sebenarnya nak berhenti tengok lepas 2 episod, tapi layankan jugak dengan harapan ada la kelainan dan interesting plot. for me, the storyline isn't engaging enough. |

Okay, pd aku kabir lebih fokus pd characters dlm drama ni. Watak anna/maria mmg well developed n executed, as well as other characters like mrs murthy, marsha, david etc etc. Pada mata aku la. Dan pelakon semua best, cuma sam (deris khan) agak kontrol macho.
Problem nya sub plots nya tak engaging. The 1st four episodes aku okay blh terima sbb aku rasa kabir nak kita paham karakter anna yg phsychopath. Bila dia marah, dia pikir nak bunuh je org tu.
Tp bila masuk je ep lepas2 tu..byk sgt watak yg (akhirnya) tak beri apa makna pd the whole story. Esp pakcik teksi yg nak bwk pegi zoo bagai tu.. Mcm sadis benor life marsha, dah la anak pungut, kena domestic abuse dgn keluarga angkat bla bla bla..
And then, kes doktor yg own hospital mental tu..dgn bini pi bunuh kembarnya pastu nak perangkap david.. Aku rasa mcm tak brp strong utk anna nak sakit hati n pi bunuh laki bini tu. Eh ntah la.. Kot aku yg tak reti nak read between the lines ke?
And yes, pasal queen bee and the bee keeper tu pun aku rasa kabir nak berfalsafah tp aku betul2 x paham.. Ajaran sesat ke apa? Sampai teruk benor si elsa tu jadi gila bagai semata2 berdendam x dpt jadi queen bee. Pastu si alex tu gigih sampai transgend jadi xandra, semata2 nak dekat dgn anna.
Aku rasa la..ini pendapat peribadi je la..this drama should have been more fun (lagi2 bila genre dark comedy) if only kabir fokus je la on citer si anna dan benda2 sewel yg dia buat tu. Dah jadi habit bunuh org something like that..and of course kesan trauma dia tengok famili kena bunuh depan mata. Tapi at the end of the day, dia dpt tau bapak dia james scott tu pun bukan lah org yg baik sgt..yes everyone pun has their own issues la kan? So does anna/maria masih lagi nak terus bunuh2 org ni???
The writer(s) mungkin blh kata audience kita nak kena spoon feed n evrything, but aku rasa terganggu betul dgn all the sub plots tu...

Gotta agree with you part Anna's character development. In the earlier episodes, I kinda like Anna. She has this funny but clumsy vibe, but cold at the same time. Tapi dia sebenarnya pembunuh at her own leisure time.
But towards the end, macam hilang pulang all these characters.
And yeah, I also agree about the subplots yang menghilangkan fokus utama cerita ni.
All in all, still a good series, a decent try la.

Overall drama ni still best la.. Esp the acting, production setting, the script... Aku suka sbb julia farhana finally dpt watak utama as anna. Tanpa salon, aku rasa julia akan forever stuck blakon pembantu je. |
