NUMEROUS people have pointed out that Meghan Markle constantly cradles her baby bump – but why does she do it?
One critic slammed the act as being “just for a photo opportunity”, and said she should tone it down a notch.
Jo Elvin, editor of You Magazine, admitted she finds Meghan’s bump cradling “annoying”.
She told the MailOnline: “A casual cradling of one’s bump is to be expected. It’s new, it’s exciting and there really is nothing like feeling that thing kick and jump around in there.
“But Meghan’s positioning is always so fixed into one singular, rigid pose that it’s becoming uncomfortable to watch. I’m getting arm aches just looking. It’s all very Baby Bump Barbie.”
She reasoned that some “kind” people would say the cradling just shows a mother’s unconditional love blossoming.

But Jo added: “But come on, this is the Duchess of Showbiz we have here. It smacks to me of a focus that’s contrived and relentlessly photo-op ready. Meghan would be well advised to take the ‘world’s only pregnant woman!’ vibes down a notch or two.”
Numerous trolls have taken to Twitter to attack the Duchess of Sussex for her frequent bump-holding.
One person wrote: "Meghan, we know you are pregnant. You can stop holding onto the bump with both hands now. It won’t fall off.”
Another added: "If I see one more photo of Meghan Markle cradling that bump I am going to vomit."
The duchess is due to give birth in spring but the date hasn't been confirmed
But Katherine Graves, founder of KG Hypnobirthing, which helps train midwives at the Lindo Wing in St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, where Kate Middleton gave birth, told the Daily Mail holding onto your bump is a positive thing.
She said: "It’s a positive thing for both mum and baby to touch and reassure baby, which is vital for baby's bonding and well being, staving off postnatal depression and facilitating healthy connection for all.
"It has been shown time and time again that babies recognise what they have experienced in the womb after they are born.
"If touching her bump does nothing more than help Meghan feel calm, even that will have a profound effect on her baby."

KATE Middleton could be getting ready to welcome baby number four as she longs for a sister for Prince Louis closer to his age, sources claim.
The Duchess of Cambridge is already mum to Prince George, five, Princess Charlotte, three, and Prince Louis, nine-months-old.
Despite her burgeoning brood it’s thought the 37-year-old is eyeing up baby number four.
A source close to the Duchess claims she’s been inspired to try for another girl after seeing the bond between Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
It’s been claimed she hopes to have another girl to give Prince Louis that same relationship.
Speaking to New Idea, the source claimed Prince William was willing to go along with whatever his wife wanted.
The Duchess is said to want a big family, just like the Queen
They said: “Kate has seen the bond between George and Charlotte and thinks it would be lovely if Louis had a sister closer to his age.
“Kate is doing things her way but William has always supported her and will do anything to make her happy; that is a promise he made before they married."
They added that Kate is inspired by other royals with a big family, including mum-of-four the Queen, and the Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, who she is close to, who also has four children.

Kate’s desire for another baby comes despite her suffering badly from morning sickness, known as hyperemesis gravidarum.
It saw her hospitalised while pregnant with Prince George, and also forced her to announce her pregnancies early.
But she appears to have fared better with the condition with each pregnancy.
And the source revealed Kate had another motive for wanting a big family, and that was to focus on her husband and marriage ahead of royal duties.
They said: “The simple truth is that Kate loves being at home looking after her kids.
“She likes being a royal and meeting the public, but she wants to put off heavy royal duties for as long as possible and being a mum gives her the perfect get-out.
“It may seem a bit selfish, but Kate feels the most important thing is to have a happy marriage and support her husband.
“She looks at what happened to Princess Diana and Fergie and she wants to make sure she provides a firm foundation and family life for her husband and children.”
The public can expect at least one royal baby in the near future, with Meghan Markle expecting her and Prince Harry’s first child in April.

nampak macam guna fake bump semua.. tapiiii, tak tau kenapa BRF tanak kantoikan dia. or maybe dorang tak tau. ada yang saspek takut harry nanti datang depression lagi kalau BRF kantoikan wallis since harry ada history of depression.

Betui ke dia pregnant twins? Macam-macam cerita now keluar. Ada yang kata dia ni actually umur dah 40-41 tahun.
Now kan I perasan sejak dia kawin dengan Harry ni memang makin famous RF ni. Dan makin banyak mean comments pada Kate. Obvious kan PR dia dan fans dia punya kerja..
Nak tanya (sebab I tak pernah pregnant) - betul ke kalau orang yang hebat yoga macam Acik Meghan ni takkan ada masalah nak squat laju2 sebab flexible? Mula-mula I rasa macam pelik jer orang pregnant heavy nak mencangkung (sedangkan I yang tak pregnant tapi perut buncit pun mengah bila time solat), tapi nampak dia smooth je cangkung laju2. Tapi ada orang backing dia kata sebab dia hebat yoga.
Pada pandangan I kan, memang dia ni fishyyyy sangat tapi in a way dia dah menang sebab apa2 pun dia untung sekarang, sebaik sahaja dia kawin dengan Harry. Dah dikenali donia. Kalau cerai pun boleh buat duit kot. So tercapai dah impian dia. |

Tak blh sbb perut u akan mengeras plus ada baby dlm tu so perut jd keras. I first trimester perut tak keras lg pun dah tak blh tunduk or mencangkung. Nk solat pun xleh solat berdiri sbb susah nk sujud n rukuk. U try amik bola sepak ke bola org pakai main bola jaring bola tampar letak kt perut u try tunduk. Mcm tu la. |
