Memang lama dah nak bagi Prize utk 1st place MQGS; malah ingat nak beri utk 2nd place for 50Q and 2nd place MQGS pon, tapi takut org kata lebih2. So OK lah jika beri 1st place 50Q dan 1st place MQGS (sebenarnya 1st place MQGS lah yg elok utk dapat apa2 Prize pon, tetapi takut nnt depa yg masuk lambat tak akan dapat apa2 dan ambil masa terlalu lama utk kejar to be at the top of MQGS tu).

Tak payah ambil peduli ttg apa org nak kata Dr.. ramai kat forum ni yg terlalu judgmental, yang penting adalah keikhlasan dalam memberi & menerima.
It's a good idea utk reward MQGS 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Good motivation. It takes alot of effort, time & perseverance utk mendaki sampai ke atas. And it will take alot of self-discipline utk maintain kat atas tu. Persoalannya, will it be too costly for you to provide those rewards, ini deciding factor juga.
Makin lama, participants makin kurang. Dedulu, posted answers per Q sampai 4-5 pages, now nak reach 3 pages pun susah, am sure you noticed this Dr.

Good pointers, snazzy thank you. Nnt sy bagi claims u tu, dok dlm cottage dlm hutan dgn satu lagi family. Balik nnt sy bayar.
Pasal cost tu, sbb its every 50Q, so takde la too heavy. Nnt lah i fikirlan prizes nye.
Peserta tak menurun actually; Q111Q120 tu 29 participants altogether. I think the minat of participants tu sbb Quiz kita ada records nye, ada listings, ada rewards and actually ada prize: utk 1Q (tacang)10Q (heh heh piala, more tacang n nama berkekalan dlm forum), 50Q (dinner or bag) and continuous Qs (even better prizes). We will be ok i rasa. |
