Sangat..!! Tapi tu la, zaman susah cari keje ni iols redo je la keje sini. Tu yg buat kering hati je. Bos nak marah2 ke maki2 ke lantak la dia dgn psyco dia..

See example kat link ni , klu i bagi tau sapa director tu and from company mana, trust me his reputation will be tainted.

By the way , am not the only person yg complaint pasal his such behaviour. Ada forumer kat sini yg pernah keje sgn dia , terus tulis his full name dalam forum ni. In this very forum they wrote about him dalam thread luahan perasaan anda hari ni .


yg i pelik , every year after dept have such number of turnover. HR tak buat apa2 pun, what i heard HR are his friend , hence klu kita report kita yg kena buang

masalahnya , time kena maki tu selalu spontan jer ... so tak sempat nak merakam bagai... lagipun klu i tak kena org lain yg kena , it is still not good environment by the way. Thanks and i appreciate for your the suggestion .

BTW,

Pekerja yg suka memaki tu , “market” known her attitude very well , HR kami mmg buat silap sebelum hire dia, tak buat background check. 6 org resign in a year because of her . and all are managers.


yg second part tu , 5 people reason in month, 3 managers 2 senior exec. I heard the are two manager is anak emas director so their resignation was hold until further notice or until they get a job. The rest was released.

Economy was so bad , susah nak cari kerja , yet dapat keje environment in the company so toxic , feel draining and exhausted everyday. period cycle become not normal (every 2 weeks instead of 26 days) . resignation is the best solution at the moment

agreed kak, sy tak menjawab pon dgn boss tu, dia marah saya diam je , and his rule cuma answer yes or no.

if i don’t answer and tell him i dont know how answer he will say am a rude and disrespectul person.

he said that he can accept people flaws , but he didnt practice what he preach. looks like he is living in the perfect world that nothing can goes wrong.

on the other hand why i decided to left the business is because of unethical behaviour in running tender.

If he already have “someone” in his mind that he want them for the business, he dont have to ask us to run tenders and negotiatie.. because he had decided the result who is in who is out .. and what cost that he accept.

Honestly the decision against the tender result, competition law and is manipulative and unethical.

And i cant work with someone who forgot his tomorrow instruction by recalling and claiming yesterday instruction was A and tomorrow instruction is B .. that will give us 2 different major scenorio and the unexplainable situation changes from direction A to direction B .

When i said , we simulate based on your instruction, he said we are stupid because we didn’t think but just do.

And i was like wth . If i don’t follow his instruction he said i want to “tunjuk lagak” want to be a hero by omit his instruction . When i follow he said that am stupid and didnt think.

And the rest all the makian and hurtful and painful words come out from his mouth .

Jangan biarkan boss membuli kita di tempat kerja. I ada boss macam ni. Masa mula2 masuk company ni memang hari2 dengar dia menjerit maki staf2 lain. Lepas tu dia start marah2 kt I. So, ada sekali tu time dia marah tu I  menjawab sampai dia betul2 marah. Tapi I rileks je, tak emo. Sejak tu dia dah tak berani sangat nak marah2 I. Orang yang suka maki & menjerit ni nak tunjuk power jer. Bila dia tau yang dia takde power dia akan terdiam sendiri. Yang penting, bila nak bertekak tu kita ada fakta, bukan nak tegakkan benang basah.

pada pendapat I tak sesuai dan tak normal. kalau kemarahan pun tak boleh nak urus, apa tah nak urus pekerja/ projek/ syarikat.

sepatut HR yg menjalankan tanggungjawab di sini, tapi kalau HR pun kawan dengan boss gila tersebut, memang tak ke mana jawab nya.

bagus u dah berhenti, lebih baik daripada kerja dalam tekanan perasaan. i selalu dengar cerita rakan terdekat tentang bos gila- jenis marah orang tak balas wasep hujung minggu. i pelik sebab setakat i kerja, tak pernah jumpa bos gila. kalau ada masalah, hampir semua akan bercakap 1-1 dalam bilik mesyuarat dan bincang dalam keadaan yg tenang dan rasional. itulah kelayakan anda menjadi bos, kalau kualiti tu pun tak ada, tak layak!

kat tempat aku nie, kalu bab maki, biasa terjadi bila high level meeting with CEO jer, mtg tu pun org2 high level jer attend. Diorg jer lah yg kena maki. Stakat meeting2 biasa tak pernah dgr lagi. Selain dari tu tak pnh dgr lagi.

bagi aku nak ajar org cam boss ko tu, senang jer...ko maki dia balik....aper dia ingat dia jer pandai memaki org?

Report kat HR tak jalan, ko report to high level boss dari dia....takpun htr surat layang to CEO.

tapi my boss tu kata boss dia , yakni dato’ tu selalu f*ck kan director2 and ceo level ,  
dia kata dia tak f*ck kan staff .. tapi still dia maki and jerit2 dlm department macam kita ni pencacai...

btw looking from the dato’ level until my boss level , the leadership mmg toxic .. so tak perlu lah stay ...

Kalau saya, ish tak leh accept bnda2 mcm tu. Maki hamun. Boleh down rasa kalau kena. Confirm org yang kena maki tu stress gila. Kalau x stress, x lama lagi kena tekanan perasaan. Alhamdulillah kat tmpat kerja saya just kawan2 guna ayat2 yang boleh dikatakan mencarut tapi x maki hamun kat orang lain

Part memaki hamun ni ikut perangai orang la bukan sbb kerja, klu dah biasa kat rumah maka terbawaklah kat mana2.
