hai semue..trend skang ni mmg rmai nk kuruskan...sya pun x trkecuali..hehehe

tapi masalahnye sya de gastrik yg kuat..stiap jam mesti makan lapik perut..

mcm mne nk kurus...huhu

so korang yg berjaya kurus dengan sihat please share dlm ni mcm mane carenye..

apakata awk makan oat .. mcm saya bulan puasa memang cepat pedih perut even dah bersahur makan nasi .. tapi bila makan oat alhamdulillah kenyang sampai lepas zohor ..

Try buat intermittent fasting.. Saya pun gastrik juga previously..dah buat IF ni since october last year.. So far total lost 6kg sebab x strict sgt jaga waktu.. paling minimum pun buat 16:8

Ko minum Susu kambing + Al manna (gam Arab) ..Aku gastrik teruk...Aku minum 3 Hari je alhamdulillah DH kurang..now terus maintain minum sehari 3 Kali...ko jgn minum Susu lembu nnti tambah teruk..adjust waktu ko nak diet Tu....gastrik ni kena ade probiotic ..Al manna Tu ade probiotic..trylah..ko amalkan suku suku separuh kurang gula garam ambik karbo complex

Masa 16hr fasting tu, boleh minum ke atau mmg kena pose xleh consume apa2

16hr xboleh makan.. Bileh minum air kosong sahaja..atau apa2 minuman TANPA GULA..

Makan sarapan pagi seeloknya 30 minit selepas bangun tidur dan tak lebih dari jam 9.Makan ikut masa.Makan 5 kali sekali iaitu 2 kali snekking.Kawal kalori makanan yang diambil setiap hari.Minum air masak sekurang-kurangnya 3liter atau ikut keperluan badan kita.Kalau lebih atau kurang pon tak elok jugak.
