Sambal pauh muda ikan kering

Bahan-bahan:
Ikan kering gelama belah - saiz sederhana
Cili api
Pauh muda
Cara-cara:
Ikan kering gelama belah - dibakar kemudian asingkan isi ikan daripada tulang.
Tumbuk isi ikan kering sehingga lumat.
Tumbuk isi ikan kering yang telah lumat tadi bersama cili api. Kuantiti cili api ikut suka hati. Kalau suka pedas, bubuh banyak. Tak suka pedas sangat, kurangkan.
Tumbuk kedua bahan ini sehingga cili api hancur. Masukkan pauh muda yang telah dikupas kulit dan dicincang. Tumbuk ketiga-tiga bahan ini sehingga semuanya sebati.
Makan dengan nasi panas2. Berdesup! Selamat Mencuba nak2 dah dekat puasa nanti boleh buat buka selera. Nak tepek gambar tak pandai. Cowie. |

Saya memang favourite sambal ni. Ada sambal ni lawan dgn sayur bayam masak bening je pun jadi. Hehehe |
