meh keje kat ofis iols..
tak pernah takde increment
tak pernah takde bonus
medical klinik anak beranak claim
hospital pon ada...
mcm2 claim spek kaa..gigi kaa..pon leh..
annual dinner tak pernah miss..

tapi keje kdg rasa macam lembu..huhuhhu
kerah cukup2..

iols sebenarnya dah malas nak cari keje lain..tapi iols tak leh  ...

Untung la sis gaji sis almost RM3k. Ade yg keje laaaaaaaaaaamaaaaaa gaji tak pernah cecah RM2k.

Patut resign tapi bukan terus resign.
Kerja je sambil2 tu cari kerja lain.
Dah dapat kerja lain baru resign.
Pedulikan manager yang bertahun dah kerja tak nak resign tu...

Yang penting dapatkan kerja lain dulu.

Pernah jugak suami kerja 1 co tu smpi 7 tahun..dah lompat co sekarang pun jadi yg sama nak masuk 3 tahun dah ni..

uols ni tentera ke? Tentera je yg servis kena 21 tahun sb bole entitle pencen. Ramai tentera pilih opsen 15 atau 18 tp xde pencen. Dpt ganjaran ja.

keje la sampai dpt keje baru. dah ler skrg ni susah nk dpt keje yg kita nak. Keje mmg ler byk tp blum tentu meet dgn apa yg kita nak. Contoh keje sales. Byk je tp brape kerat yg bole keje yg ada target.

Yup. Iols nk pencen je. Sbb rasa syg kalau berhenti 15@18 takde pencen. Mmg la dpt byk kalau berhenti 15@18, tp zaman skrg ni, dpt duit 200k pn kalau xpandai manage setahun boleh hbs.

i knw few ppl yg dulu kat company lama position Mgr, Senior Mgr, tapi bila join title lower than that...tapi gaji masyuk lah...

some yang go for salary takde masalah..
but ada setengah ni tittle lagi penting..
terpulang pada diri sendiri juga..

true, ikut masing2 lah...some prefer less responsibilities which kurang pening kepala but higher pay...some title kemain gempak, tapi salary ciput jer...lg satu tgk company jugak, local company or international company...local company yg ada 50 staff, beza dgn int company yg ada puluh ribu staff around the globe.

Utk TT, try dptkan kerja baru dulu, lepas tu baru tender resign letter....skrg dgr susah nak dpt kerja...

mmg ada spesis company mcm ni.. & its not new ada yang stay bertahun2. kadang2 majikan bagi kelonggaran dari segi masa etc. hat tak resign2 tu walaupun incremen, bonus semua kelaut, kadang2 pasal nak adjustment masa utk anak2, etc. kalau TT takde masalah tu semua, berenti la TT, cari keje lain.. rugi masa bertahun2, rugi EPF SOCSO sok..

tt recee dulu kerja lain. jangan resign.
da iv dan lebih baik barulah tt resign. tidak salah mencari kehidupan lebih baik.

i ni da masuk 5 tahun kat company ni tak pernah ada bonus dan increment. tapi claim senang dapat dan cepat. itulah kalu nak berhenti pun, masih fikir lagi. environment ok, cuma bila commitment makin tinggi tapi gaji pula takde increment. gaji pun lambat masuk. entahlah knp i masih bertahan kat company ni.
