So I just finished watching the drama , so...ade ke season 2 ke belum?
hahahaha
well...i like the drama.
Love to see Ji Sung - enlivening the character as Dr Cha Yo Han
so - his duo is Dr Kang Si Young in thsi drama , we then see the combination of this name as the Judge Kang Yo Han in the Devil's Judge 2021.
Wow citer ni best, sebab it reminds me of Dr House - Dr Gregory House played by Hugh Laurie back in 2009? 2008? 2007? ke, well i can't remember anymore, hahaha.
The character is similar to House, every eccentric, ego centric ( seemed like it initially but later we found out how acutely thorough his obervation skills are at the very end) , of course he is smart being the consultant leading another 5 more senior house officers ( SHO/ MOs? Registrars kot ye )
deep actually , mature smart, actually dia ni deep.
so , ade benda dah jatuh ke , i was wondering when I am nerly halfway watching episode 3 hahahaha.
yg betulnya 20% tang part digging the history , refining, case discussion macam micking cara proses diagnosis refining lah, beradsarkan all the data you have gotten from the history given by the patienst and he investigations you did.
yg the rest and sweet and cheesy tu all mushy mushy jeee hahahah
manader consultant cewah cam tu ye dalam k drama je ade. hahahah
well, i suka watak Dr Cha Yo Han ( Yo Han) tu - cara Ji Sung hidupkan watak tu pandai - dari gaya duduk , style jalan , sandar kat wivel and cara pegang devices nampak macam yes betul. tak kekok.
Then his room settings - dengan text books kat belakang, meja . desktops semua yes , bilik doctors - i kagum juga sebab kemas and teratir sangat - kalau in real life , kalau sapa berkesempatan attachment u nampak serabut je hahahahaahah
tapi may be korea macam tu ? who knows - tapi pandai lah sapa yg detailings all of these settings - pandai and nampak usaha tu.
Dan yes i kagum depa potray bilik ICU, ventilator semua macam yups real. all the devices.
tang bab props and equipment , setting memang no doubt lah pandai. macam citer hospitallah.

I suka cara kembangan watak Cha Yo Han ni - dari watak janitor , well he was depicted as a janitor / a prisoner who is serving his sentence for putting his patient to sleep despite the current medico legal regulations. Eythanasi / mercy killing ni.
So , with that unlawfully act, his reputation precedes him wherever he goes lah the connotation especially.
Semasa dlm penjara tu best - masa dia jumpa Kang Si Young yg mash dalam trauma ( I suspect PTSD sebba dia bersama ayahnya juga kan masa insiden jatuh tebing gunung tu ) and sebabkan ayah dia terlantar koma di hospital di mana tempat dia bekerja and tempat si Yo Han ni juga akan bekerja setelah bebas , out from his prison, so scene dalam penjara despite all their differences/ conflicts , they managed to solve the case of a patient with Fabry disease ( aduhai rare lah benda ni , even nerphrologist tu pun akan fikirkan common things / conditions dulu baru pi ke differential diagnoses yg pelik and rare tuuuu ). kat sini semuanya bermula. ketika tu memag Si Yong dah nak cabut pi long vacation kat madagascar dah kalau tak kerana that patient inmate 5353? ke?
so yes , that was interesting.
Begitu juga case case MS boxer tu , Case herpetic pain ( kayap ) stomach epilepsy ( wow lah ) , chronic infection ( meliodosis - rarelah ) , so bestlah cara dia selesaikan cases ni. Ini pandai depa garapkan, penonton boleh ikut and follow.
Inilah seab working diagnosis patient ni bukan mudah bagi case yg tak mudah . it was nicely done.
The whole plots are nicely paced, expanded and well sequenced.
ini i puas hati. Dari initial scene lagi isu yg sama and habis pun dalam isu yg sama juga.kre nicelah.
Kita dibawa mengenali watak Yo Han Si Yong , the issue arising , kembangan issues kaitan sequence semua nice ini. am okay with this.
Them watak Yo Han ni dikembangkan dengan konflik yg menarik selain past history Yo Han ni yg ada past history of ethical breach /issues, dia juga ada CIPA satu lagi keadaan yang menjadi asbab kehadiran Dr Kang Si Young dalam hidup dia, maturelah cara depa trying to display the emotion, but at the same time they try to be professional - when one is recognising each other's feelings , the burden that comes with it as well , as Yo Han realised later, mature and realistics about - one realises the other being sudah jatuh benda and how would he deal with this despite the fact that he is having a secret about his condition. Masa kat last last tu i ingat depa break ups eve masa ep 16 tu masa scenes dalam lift tu , hmm...but well...hahaha suspense je...ye bengang Gf tergantung perasaan selama 3 tahun ye. Then tiber muncul je, selepas tu liek ...then suspen je masa makan malam tu ye. and teru betul Dr Lee tu. Tapi dia pun explain, i think he wants to be certain jugak betul ke minah ni suke and sanggup , sebab dia kaan faham pun if minah ni menyampah pun sebab wow senang je ghosting ye. Garang betul Si Young jadi supervisor junior residents.
hahahaha.
dalam bab profesionalim yes menarik isu isu and events yg beraku berkisar tentang past history Yo Han , and seorang watak antagonist wanita yg membenci tindakan Yo Han ni sebab this lady pun ada past history yg sangat painful sebenarnya and atas history inilah dia terkait and buat macam kat Yo han selepas bebasnya Yo Han dari hukuman penjara. BUt the fact that Yp Han knw thatw as her forging the signature of a prisoner who killed her daughter tu , dan sebab tu dia ignore that lady pun , menunjukkan betapa dia ni deep juga wlaupun ketika trial dia tak sedar apa minah tu sedang rancang.
ada insiden yg anak wanita yg ada cancer ( olfactory neuroblastoma ) tu yg switch off ventilator tu yg wow lah...havoc betul , kesian kat Yo Han kena tempias because he was in that patient's room tu.
Oh yes, Yo Han pandai managed team dia - yg that guy from TOTNT pun ade.
Subplots okay and supporting casts - dari Mommy Si Young / Mi Rae and Auntie depa and semua termasuk acting Chairan ( TOTNT guy yg makan buah letup tuan imoogi tu haha pun ade ) and the rest memang nice and acting well lah, terhibur lah dengan keletah mereka dari ep 3 and 16.
I like the way Si Young being made to play his love interest, self appointed caregiver to Yo Han and taking care of him when issues related to his reputation and condition arises.
Itu mature and smart jugaklah...tapi sorry babe dalam real life mane der maca tu semua - discreeeet is teh code name laaa hal hal cam ni hahahaha

kenapa perlu treat pain and why subject matter pain ni dimomokkan atau sinonim dengan kesengsaraan , dalam drama ni pesakit kanser and pesakit yg ada condirion ada pain dipaparkan dengan jelas benda ni ada kaitan dengan falsafah actually - cara menanggapi kematian and sengsarea hidup, adakah pain ini negatif saja atau bagaimana?
harusikah seseorang yg tak tahan menanggung pain ini dibiarkan berkeputusan untuk menamatkan riwayat and apakah stand point perubatan dalam hal ini. Sebab tu Yo Han marah bila dia diminta untuk menyokong ubat cherubim tu - hmm menarik betul.
dalam CIPA - apa implikasi tapi i terfikir juga bagi those yg ada CIPA - dalam drama ni ia merujuk keapda keadaan seseorang yg tidak dapat merasai deria atau isyarat 'sakit'yg datanag daripada persekitaran luaran bada yg dikesan oleh deria sentuhan atau pun keaan dalam badannya - demam ke, luka ke, atau ape ape ke so ...ini mendedahkan seseorang manusia tu kepada beberapa masalah dalam berfungsi dengan mansia lain and keadaan sekeliling.
so. i terfikir satu benda je kalau org ni yg ta berasa atau gagal proses isyarat sakit ni, kalau depa coma maka penilaian clinical neurologists yg nak tentukan brain dead tentunya agak payah lah sebab ada dalam pemeriksaan tu kena buat pain stmulus dan nak tengok sama da jasad tu react ke tak. ( google decorticate decerebrate signs )
then bab bab depa measure brain wave patterns and locked in syndrome tu best wow lah .
cara dia intubate tu ade ? camera fibre optic ye i Korea - ni drama ke ape ke ni sampai ade fibre optic assusted device masa tubing? cayalah.
