Dulu aku gemuk. Susah serba serbi. Last2 aku masuk gym main besi n diet mcm org bina badan. Now dah ok. N sbb aku built muscle n include strength workout (deadlift) (rather than naik treadmill je mcm pompuan2 lain yg masuk gym) aku bole maintain my shape alhamdulillah. Xde la yoyo kejap naik kejap turun.

I suggest budak ni masuk gym n main besi. Body pun bole cun

same dgn i..tp berat dah naik, 53kg..now

i pun x minat masuk2 hutan, semak kat mana2 yg ade ser ...

aku gim pun pergi tp still suka jogging kat taman gak dr lari di treadmill. at least aku jogging 5km per day kat taman & sometimes kuar sikit dr kawasan taman

Jage mkn lepas ni ye kak..kan dh nyusahkan abg bomba..berat tu..jln2 pusing taman pun ok dah kalau berat camtu..kene ikut kemampuan diri

Aku yang berat ...

Berat camni baik g gym dulu fokus utk reduce berat, hiking apa bawak badan pun seksaaaaa, lutut lg, pernapasan lagi, dh ada stamina, badan pun dh ringan boleh ler proceed hiking, ni tah2 kawan racun kuat, lps tu tersadai tak tlg plak pikuk

Masa iols berat 114kg eeuww then terjatuh, urat kaki putus
doktor advise swimming sahaja.
jogging, briskwalk, hiking tak boleh.

tapi iols susah nak cari swimming pool hari-hari so i kayuh je basikal indoor tu 1 jam sehari, slowly.
dari 114kg now 65kg
kayuh basikal, jaga makan, elakkan yang manis2 dan masin2. tu aje.

so, akak meh la follow iols
kaki dah kuat baru boleh hiking or jogging.

kaki menampung berat badan so kena jaga kaki tu dulu.
jangan terus buat aktiviti berat.

kesian staff hospital yang tolak wheelchair i dulu, berpeluh-peluh

Kesian akak ni. Aku assume dia tak tahu cara exercise utk beginner dlm berat range cmtu. Mudah mudahan akak ni tak putus asa utk follow cara yg lebih bersesuaian.

nak kurus jangan paksa bersenam berat2..jaga pemakanan dulu..dah susut sikit & ada tenaga nak buat senaman ringan2 dulu.. dah susut & dah ringan badan baru buat yg berat2.. takyah pi trekking dgn berat camtu..asma lak tu.. jogging atau zumba kat rumah pun boleh..

Kalau kitorang salu tgk, kes2 yg racun kuattt ha tu yg gigih tu, adoi kak noor yg berat 70 pun sakit lutut mengah2 semput, kalau ada trip kena slow down melantak 2 3 minggu, ini kan berat gini p mall pun pk 2 3x, yg diorg ni marah pasal dah jadi mcm tu susahkan yg nak rescue tu lah, bomba byk lg keje2 lain yg nak prioritize kan, weeken aritu pun ada kes kat korbu kan, lagi la nak despatch heli, kalau jln darat bape lama nak sampai, tp yg nuang end of 2017 ke yg jatuh gaung tu sgt memorable, berapa lama nak bawak turun huu sedih ninggal
