kdg2 ikut penerimaan bdan seseorg jgk..kdg2 kita mmg disogokkan unt mngambil suplemen unt kgiatan sharian kita.. sbnarnya mcm bntuk psikologi jg ni, bila kita mkn suplemen trtentu, kita akn rs cergas.. pdahal bila kita mkn suplemen, kita perlu mngambil air kosong berliter sehari  dan makn scara sihat.. scara x lngsg kta sbnarnya mngamalkan pmakanan yg sihat..

suplemen ni skadar tmbahan jer.  x mkn pn xpe bg iols.. skadar pndangan iols yg msih cetek ilmu.. huhu

utk saya yg tua sikit ni mmg ambik evening primerose..mmg ok..selalu refer pharmacist...yg duk amal enervon c or vit c greentea dan lemon..sbb husband mmg particular dgn benda2 ni..maklum dah tua2..hehe...
sapa ada masalah sembelit cuba makan prune..bagus utk lawas dan utk kulit

I juicing jugak every 2days, selalu ikut resepi boost juice yg immunity juice tu, kalau rajin hari2 tp still i amik supplements, kena minum air kosong byk then workout, should be okay

Haihh tulah kalau mkn tak tentu, i masak kat rumah everyday so okaylah i manage to arrange my foods tapi tapiiii still yg confirm ada carbs n protein, sayur & buah tu agak jarang nak masak as lauk, so buah i opt for juicing, n some of sayur like celery, carrot, timun jepun, wheatgrass ha mana sesuai add dgn buah i juice kan sekali, beli slow juicer senang utk buat sendiri n buat every 2 days. For me i amalkan air putih n workout. So far takde isu. Bila i keluar buat outdoor lg lah amik energy bar energy gel to supplement my energy yg depleted quickly - so balas balik with plain water n ofcourse i workout hardcore.

I hantu buah & sayur especially mangga, dragonfruit, bayam merah, brokoli, tomato, carrot, lemon, etc. Bila hantu, kuantiti tu faham faham lah kan

Pernah beli supplemen then dapat tau ada aspartame so I stop.

Ada juga beli vit C, makan bila ada ciri2 nak kena selesema. Takpun i ratah lemon je terus

Punca utama tak berani ambil supplement, sebab kurang minum air. Rasa susah sangat nak telan air tu, minum sip by sip ja mampu.

So takut jadi beban pulak kat buah pinggang.

Untuk TT, kalau energy mmg i dr dulu akan amik B or executive B, or skrg i amik B+C tapi C dlm B+C ni sikit je so i amik C separately jugak 2000mg, B mmg i bertenaga la nak urus anak, rumah, p gym. Then C i dah bertahun kot tak kena flu n cough hopefully insya Allah berterusan. Skin, hair n nail i guna swisse - my fav, n its vegan.

Betul. I few years dh tukar mkn ayam kg/organic dgn supplier yg sama, i rasa makin bsr biz dia n makin commercial dah makin lain kualiti ayam dah rasa mcm nak ke arah ayam biasa non organic. I suka kulit ayam so ayam kg n organic berani la mkn hehe sedap kulit. Ni nak tukar supplier lain. Tp ergh 2 ekor ayam kg/orgsnic every wk RM55. Kecit2 plak tu haha tp layan jelah especially nk bg anak kecik mkn tkt hormon etc. Hiks nak komen part ayam tu jek

Ikut keperluan badan masing2,time umur 20 an rajin jugak amek suplemen,..dah masuk 30 series iol lebihkan pada real food n organic,less salt sugar msg etc,iol consume EPO,setakat ni bolela regulate menses tetiap bulan..tak sanggup kalau tak datang berbulan2 lamanye

Buat masa ni een tak ambil sebarang supplements. Dulu pernah la een beli supplements, tapi end up terbiar aje dalam fridge. Sebab een selalu lupa nak makan.

Bagi i supplemen itu perlu untuk i sbb pola pemakanan harian i sangat tidak seimbang..to balance the nutrien that my body needed,i have to take the supplemen..
Although i sgt recommend people to take healthy and balanced diet..buah.sayur2an semestinya mengandungi zat yg mencukupi utk our body.

I cuba fokus makan real foods sebaiknya. Wotkout regularly and minum air putih secukupnya. Tapi kadang I amek berocca or redoxon. Kira bkn everyday la amek.  Rasanya multivitamin kan dua ni..Ke I salah baca label kiki. Tapi berkesan la kalau time2 memerlukan extra energy macam time byk berjalan ke apa kan.

Badan memang perlu kan supplement especially perempuan yang dah penah beranak..saya sendiri dapat rasa perbezaan badan saya selepas beranak sangat lesu lemau dan mudah letih..mana dengan xckup tdo nya dgn jaga anak..makan pun janji kenyang saja..padahal dlm pantang pun saya jaga pantang dengan tekun walaupun x secara ketat.berbeza bila saya mengambil supplement tambahan.
