mzz baru start makan fish oil.. sebab tak makan ikan. Ingat lepas ni nak tambah vit b utk energy sebab since ada anak 2 kecik2 ni memang down terus lah.

Masa form 5 cikgu cadang kan beli pil minyak ikan kod, haalah halah lepas tu terus baik naik macam kena pam,,

Biasa dietitian or nutritionist akan advise try amik makanan seimbang dulu. Kasi cukup nutrients kat badan. Bila xcukup/pelu baru amik supplement. Seeloknya buat check up dulu. Buat full blood test misalnya supaya tau apa yg x cukup or terkurang. Hrp nya kita semua ni sihat walafiat hendaknya. InsyaAllah.

Nice, byk improvement especially skin n hair. Tp depends ada org byk pd nail, ada org pd hair. Tp 1 lg takleh depends pd supplement ni jela kalau nak these 3 mantap hehe utk skin i follow korean 7 steps tu, double cleanse, pki serum, mask hari2 so memang kulit lawaaaaa, gtu puji diri snirik, betul lah u nd to work together dgn supplement, lg lah dah mid 30

Mana2 doktor pun mungkin akan cakap perkara yg sama.
Supplement ni ikut keperluan badan.
Kalau i jenis mudah selsema memang doktor suruh makan vit c.

meols penah dpt consult sorg Dr utk tau kita patut ambik suplemen or tak. then Dr. tu tanya u makan makanan seimbang tak tiap2 hari? ada mkn sayur, buah, etc? ada mkn mknn berminyak or air manis tak? if u mmg mkn mknn seimbang n mkn buah sayur bagai then byk minum air masak so tak perlu ambik suplemen. but if u mkn mknn jenis main bedal je so u wajib ambik suplemen utk cover ur health. sbb suplemen ni semua ade. so secara tak langsung mmg blh cover antibody kita. setakat ni meols amalkan vit C (berocca, flavette, redoxon) je. lain2 tak penah try lg. ada jgk member minum mnyk kelapa dara n minum air keladi ke ape yg bekas dlm tin warna purple yg ada jual kt farmasi

Doktor bukan pangkah terus.
Doktor cakap makan ikut keperluan.
I kalau badan penat i rehat je.
Kalau mcm Dr imelda tu dia memang aktif so mungkin badan dia fit plus dia jaga makan.

ms kaka kecik kaka mmg kena mkn supplement sbb mak kaka dah sediakan setiap pg
setiap anak ada scott emulsion sendiri
so dia blh detect siapa yg x mkn
saper x mkn berbiratlah bontot
dan sbb kaka yg selalu liat nk telan sbb lupa plus malas maka montot kaka keraplah berwarna merah
tp bila dah msk sekolah menengah mmg kaka consume pepg lps ke toilet
dan sekrg plk kaka x mkn supplement apa2 waima umur kaka hampir cecah 50
bkn sbb ada terbaca apa kata Dr x bertauliah mahupun yg tauliah
tp sbb kaka mls dan xde disiplin
beli beriya tp nan hado mknnya ,at the end msk ke tong sampah sbb dah expired
atau bila tersedar dan blm expired kaka sedekah kat kwn rapat atau adik
since kaka xde disiplin diri so kaka wajibkan diri mkn buah2an dan juga sayuran
dan kaka juga mkn sumber protein
cuma kaka sedar satu aje yg kaka kurang dlm bdn iaitu calsium
msh berkira2 bila nk telan walau dah dibeli sebelum puasa lg

saya dah umur 43, buat masa ni tak ambik suplement..   prefer  fresh food.. saya pergi pasar 3-4 kali seminggu.. sbb rumah dkt pasar ...

Iolss pernah tengok prof muhaya punya suplement.. Prof ckp mmg kena amik suplement. So iolss rasa amik suplement mmg bagus la kot.. Iolss suka vit c yg soluble tu. And bnyk suplement iolss pernah ambil sebenarnya tp iolss prefer yg air punya instead of capsule or tab punya suplrment.
Iolss juga pernah consume fish oil + EPO blackmores sbb dorg kata baik utk period. Tp iolss makan mcm takde perubahan so iolss stop. Suplement ni tgok badan jugak & for me banyak yg tak sesuai utk bdn iolss sbb bila makan suplement iolss rasa badan iolss akn kurang air dan ulser kat mulut akan keluar. So jdnya bnyak la suplement iolss makan sekerat jln je dan akhirnya exp

Bagi saya, ikut pada keperluan badan sendiri, apa yg perlu, xde masa utk ambil real food, try ambil supplement yg pntg, makanan sunnah pn lg bgs.. Mcm saya ambil vit c, habbatussauda, madu and magnesium oil setiap mlm, and avoid amek pelbagai magnesium dlm satu masa, sbb bahaya utk buah pinggang.. Plg pntg rajin minum air kosong ys

I dah terbiasa makan supplement segala ni dari kecik sbb mak iolss nurse garang. dari kecik mak iolss dah sumbat acid folic sbb iolss kurung keding kecik2 dulu. skg ni iolss mmg never stop consume vit c soluable tu dah bertahun2. mmg kulit rambut kuku cantik chuolsss. setakat ni vitc je la iolss consume tp baru lps beranak ni rambut gugur bagaikan daun berguguran. apakah vitamin yg sesuai boleh tlg suggestkan??
