Kalau ikut dr, supplements is a no no esp supplement yang bukan dijual dekat farmasi. Whitening supplements and so on brings more harm than good.   vitamins should be ok tapi baca jugak leaflet yang dia bagi since certain vitamins esp vit A & D kalau ambik berlebihan boleb ada side effects.

I currently taking vit c efferversent & habbatussauda. Perasan bila hr2 makan selsema dh kurang dan badan pn rs ringan. Tp i tukar makan tghr skit sbb bila i mkn those supplement pg lps bfast..i jadi sakit perut. Actually time apa yg bagus utk kita consume supplement ya?

Kalau time muda dulu2 ok lagi rasanya x ambik supplement
Now dah seasoned ni I ambik Vit C slow release, B complex, EPO.

Orang dok promote kat I pasal Glutathione.
Glutathione ni mmg a good antioxidant or just another hype eh? I know it lightens the skin too la

Yup dia mmg antioxidant. Tapi tak silap better ambik antioxidants yg dari sumber makanan instead of supplements.
For example:
  • Vegetables: Broccoli, bell peppers, spinach.
  • Fruits: Oranges, apples, berries.
  • Whole-grains: Oats, quinoa, brown rice.
  • Beans: Kidney, pinto, red beans.
  • Nuts: Walnuts, pecans, almonds.
  • Drinks: Coffee, tea.Beans: Kidney, pinto, red beans


Apa2 pun better refer doctors or nutritionist ya. Hope this helps

Iols memula dulu main hentam keromo je amik supplement itu ini sebab utama nak cantik hehehe. Kemudian baru nak sihat. Doktor ada pesan, badan kita ni tak memerlukan supplement pun kecuali diarahkan oleh doktor. Doctor ada cakap, kalau nak amik Vita C yang 1000 mg tu terlalu banyak untuk pengambilan harian so kena amik dose yang rendah sket la. Doc kata lebih baik dapatkan sumber vitamin c daripada buah buahan dan sayur sayuran.

Vitamin c ni bila berlebihan, dia akan bertukar jadi urin. And kalau ambil vitamin c secara berlebihan boleh mengakibatkan batu karang. So memang bahaya lah kalau kita ambil supplement vitamin c sampai 1000 mg. Even 250 mg pun dah banyak. Better jangan ambil dose terlalu tinggi sebab kidney kita ni nak pakai lama hehe.

I suka juga ambik supplement sbnrnye tp bila byk isu buah pinggang jd tkt nk mkn..supplement pn ambik vit C, omega je bukan la yg utk putihkan muka ke apa ke...

So sbnrnye bole ke x ye mkn supplement? Mcm mna kita nk tau dia btl2 selamat atau pn x?

pernah beli vitamin c, B kompleks semua tu. consume seminggu je, lepas tu terbiar atas meja..iols ni agak susah nak konsisten...tp rasa kena beli semula sbb badan cepat letih skang ni

Berocca ni 1 of iols punya supplement. Dengan vit c selang2 dengan berocca. Pada iols mmg perlu sangat supplement ni sebab kadang2 terskip ambik food yg berkhasiat. Kalau flu mmg mujarab minum vit c... Lagi pun iols mmg memlilih makan sayur.

i ambik vitamin B and vitamin C...ada major difference lah kalau tak ambil...tapi if ngam i tak guna banyak energy for that day i skip jer these supplements

Saya sekarang makan vitamin c, and ambil magnesium oil sebagai sapuan sebelum tdo, vit c ambil tu utk kurangkan histamine dlm badan, dan magnesium utk tulang dan balancekan kalsium intake. Since amek dua ni, rambut x gugur, tapak kaki xmerekah, perut x sensitif.. Tp elakkan amek redox yg tun makan tu, sbb ada aspartame, which is blh rosakkan sistem saraf
