Sy x suka sayur.. Tapi sejak ikut meal plan yg disediakan pakar pemakanan tu.. Pejam mata makan juga.. Tp x byk.. Nak kena gak bg diri makan sayur byk

Apasal asyik thread makan je ni...nampak gaya blm blh mulakan diet. Lunch td mkn nasi beriyani sbb teringin sgt. Mlm ni mkn nasi goreng campur tomyam.

Download HealthifyMe. Dia bg 7 hari percuma.. Lps tu decide la nak beli ka tak.. Sy beli utk 3 bulan. Sebelum dietician bg plan utk kita.. Depa akan call dan tanya ttg diri kita.

saya pon minimum jogging 3km pastu sambung brisk walk 1km..semalam jerebu pedih gak mata sambil berjogging

jangan kira pusingan..kira km
iols walaupun kurus masa memula start jogging dulu dapat less than 2km je sebab takde stamina..lama2 gradually tambah km..bajet 1km +- 10min

ada sorang uncle cina kat taman tempat iols jog ni setiap hari brisk walk 6km

kalau belum ada tracker band, beli la satu yang murah2 pon ok macam mi band ke huawei honor ke..pakai masa jogging ke brisk walk ke..bila duk tengok berapa lama kita jogging tu + dah baper km, rasa semangat sikit nak reach target

Wahhhh. Tahniah....Meg boleh tengok kat profile wasap kaka. ...tu gambar kaka sekarang. .tu bukan kamera filter ya...hehe sekarang ni dah x berkenan pakai filter2 fake. ...

Bagusnya Meg ...ya kaka pun target 3km lebih setiap hari sebab 1500 langkah larian x silap kala bersamaan 1km...betulkan jika salah. ..jadi 1 hari kaka ambil 5000 langkah larian biasanya. ..maknanya lebih 3km sikitlah. ..

Jom teruskan amalan healthy lifestyle ni Meg....

jom2 kak, teruskan healthy lifestyle..yang untung diri sendiri jugak

aah kak..5,000 step dah 3km lebih..seronok kan rasa berpeluh lepas jogging tu..release stress semua
