thanks sue...meols dh much more btter...cuma kdg2 muntah sbb batuk...meols prsan ade byk phlegm jernih...bila ty doc ckp phlegm tu nk cover esofagus meols dr asid perut...wlaupun xsuka,meols hrus bsyukur....bab cpt letih tu mmg no compromise |

iols pun tengah pregnant. baru lagi, still dalam trimester 1. Tengah mabuk yang teruk n malam2 meman ...
ubat dia hy bsabar lavender...meols phm keadaan uols...skg ni hy pd Allah u mintak doa....meols smpai nangis mraung mintak Allah permudahkn sgla urusan meols...sgla mcm jnulis supplement,ubat,air pnwar meols cuba,tp still cmtu...yg pnting jgn hilang kewarasan....good luck lavender...meols bru msuk trim 2...utk support system,meols slu pegi klinik yg ade doc ppuan snior,meols luahkn smua kt diorg...at least diorg leh comfortkn u...itu cra meols la...last skli meols jumpa kaunselor...mmg gila...tp kdg2 cra tu mmbntu kita 'bangkit' n ' sedar dri' |

thanks smua rakan forum bg support kat i...sudi share crita masing2...time buat thread ni i dlm keadaan extremely weak physically + emotionally...so i bljar,kna byk bsabar eventhough u tgh struggle smpai lobang hidung, in shaa Allah diganti dgn nikmat yg lg baik |
