PLUS reduces congestion by 48.2pc

KUALA LUMPUR: PLUS Malaysia Bhd has reduced congestion at all its central region toll plazas exit lanes by 48.2 per cent.
This is after it implemented the “No Touch ‘n Go reload service” since August 1.
In a statement, PLUS said it initiated the “No Touch ‘n Go reload service” over two months ago.
“There has been significant reduction in drivers with insufficient balance attempting to reload their Touch ‘n Go card at the exit lanes at toll plazas in the central region between Seremban and Ipoh South.
"On August 1, 2019, the day one statistics showed a daily average traffic volume of 850,000 vehicles in the central region, whereby the daily congestion at the toll exit lanes are a direct result of five per cent drivers with insufficient balance in their Touch ‘n Go card," it said.
Though the figure of five per cent seems small, it is 42,500 vehicles contributing to high congestion and time wastage, impacting 95 per cent of other drivers on the PLUS highway, it added.
However as at September 30, PLUS said it had recorded a drop from 42,500 cars per day to about 22,000 cars with insufficient balance in their Touch ‘n Go cards, a significant 48.2 per cent drop.
"The implementation of the no Touch ’n Go reload service also ensures safety of PLUS customer service agents and reduces the risk of life and limb as there have been several cases of heavy vehicles driving through the booths at toll plazas."

Aritu aku sangkut kat smart tag duke hiway...aku guna e wallet..dh top up..tapi dia kata baki kurang. Then petang tu pun sangkut gak kat duke masa nak balik
Aku call tng..dia kata duke hiway mmg lambat nk detect kita upload tu. So, kena upload 24 jam sebelum lalu..

Tak payah membongak la PLUS. Sistem ke laut. Iols pengguna setia NKVE setia alam ni. Almost every week mesti ada issue toll lane offline. Semua lane lak tu either smart tag n touch & go. Jammed teruk kot. Pernah 1 time tu, almost 2 hrs nak lepas tol, walhal jarak tak sampai 3km from toll lane. |

sebb aku jarang guna tol .... dalam sebulan tu dalam 5-10 kali jer bayar tol ....
most of the time public transport or drive dikawasan yang xde tol ...
so far belum terjadi ... tapi kalau stuck nak buat apa? just press intercom tu jer ke untuk assistant?
kalau nak reverse and cari kedai topup touch n go tu macam mustahil pulak ...
sebb touch n go card kan tak boleh top up guna e-wallet dia ... |

aku pun dulu trigger mana nak dpt.. skali dpt idea dri resit reload... serial ni utk ko tgk baki reload ko dlm apps..

nkve setia alam mmg selalu dpt makian i...damansara pun sama manjang tak boleh detect.Iol penah kena x detect kad,tp palang bukak sbb keta dpn dah lalu...keta blkg i dah rengsa knp i x jln.
i dah agak mesti x baca kad i ni...tp tpaksa jalan sbb org blkg dh hon2 knp x jalan, skali nk kluar mmg block sbb kad x sah.
rasa nk carut je
bukan sbb kita tak reload..tp smart tag tu bila x bole detect kad, lambat sgt nak tukar status sentuh ke card reader...
