My comments might be a bit harsh but since you meluahkan kat sini, so I guess you want some advise and I will try my best to help from a forumer to another forumer.
Bored? Why are you bored? Do you have so much time that makes you bored? Find a hobby or hobbies, for example, learn how to knit, menjahit, swimming, belajar foreign language, buat cake, main bowling, exercise.. oh its endless...
Frustrated? Apa yang buat you frustrated? Has anybody hurt you lately?
Tired? Kenapa you tired? You ada ramai anak kena jaga? Buat semua kerja rumah without any help from your husband or do you have a maid?
Alone? Your husband doesn't give you any attention? You tak ada kawan or kawan rapat?
You don't know what will happen to your life next? Nobody knows what will happen in the future. Kalau kita dah tau senanglah. Why would you worried or stressed over something that you don't know or unforseen? The only way you can do is pray and hope for the best.
Stalking your husband ex gf? Why would you do that? She is an ex for a reason, your husband chose you. She might be having a great time with her life while you go and being nosey on her.
Malas focus kerja? There are time when kita malas nak kerja or focus. You should be lucky that you have a job. Ramai orang sekarang nie terkapai-kapai tak ada kerja and tak tau nak bagi anak bini makan apa the next day.
Don't worry about when you reach 50 or regret not doing anything or something when you were young. What is the point. Semua yang dah, sedang or bakal terjadi kat kita telah di tentukan oleh Allah ( on which you know) whether you like it or not. Like I said don't ever regret the things that you didn't do or had done when you were in your 20's.
Mind you, I'm old enough to be call an aunty but young at heart. |

Busykan diri dengan something. Bangun pagi je dah tahu sepanjang hari ni nak buat apa. Layan client, siapkan file yang bertimbun. Sampai waktu makan pun terkejar2. Dan paling penting dont skip solat. |

besarkan dan montokkan punggung u sampai tongek..
pergi buat facial dan join gym utk solidkan badan...
cantikkan diri u menjadi wanita yg mengiurkan...

i tak rase dia stalk i...dia buat gitu sebab dia sgt suke my husband kot...so rela buat ape saje...and my neighborhood rege rumah mahal2,dedulu murahla time i beli..sanggup je...
Itula..i mmg kalo boleh tknak pk...tp sebab i ni jenis tkdak kawan ..tkdak activity luar.........jadi gitula..
tgh cuba nk susun and target what to do before 50 ni...
