Pucuk jering yg warna coklat tu mkn dgn sambal belacan. Buat ulam. Sedap wooo... Kelat2 gitu.
Pucuk manis tumis ngn tempe, pucuk ubi rebus atau goreng. Pucuk betik rebus mkn dgn sambal belacan. Byk lagi lah

Pucuk paku sdp buat kerabu...
pucuk ubi plk sedap msk rampai...pucuk ubi tu diracik campur dgn mcm2 jenis daun2 lg mcm daun serai kayu..serai batang..daun kesum.. daun kadok..daun kunyit.. campur ngn udang or ikn bilis, bwg2..cili api...tempoyak & msk santan...mmg sdp sgt...
Pucuk ketereh..tenggek burung..sedap bt ulam...

Betul tu. Kakak ipar tanya nak makan tak bayam brazil, akak tak pernah makan ingatkan dia bagi yang dah masak. Seronok akak pegi rumah dia nak ambil lauk rupanya dia bagi pokok siap minta akak cucuk batangnya dalam pasu. Padan muka akak.

Aritu dia datang siap nak tengok pokok tu, untung pokoknya dah gemuk2.

Hehe...ye, makan macam tu je. X payah nak celur ke apa. I pun baru try makan pucuk inai ni. Selalu minum air dia je. Nak awet muda punya pasal lah.

Pucuk paku yg masih lg bergulung tu (betul2x pucuk muda) mama suka buat kerabu. Kalau nak msk lemak cili padi mama akan pilih yang bergulung ni skit aje tp lbh kepada yang berdaun halus-halus tu. Tambah isi ikan sardin/selayang rebus yg ditumbuk (kasi pekat kuah santan tu) .. wahh sedapnya.

Pucuk paku midin pula mama lebih suka masak lemak campur dgn daun-daun kayu yang lain. Ni pun mama wajib taruk isi ikan sardin/selayang rebus yg ditumbuk. Selain tu, masak bubur lambuk pun sedap.

Pucuk cekur manis msk lemak campur dgn keledek pun mama gemar jugak. Bagus utk org yg berdarah rendah tp tak elok dimakan oleh org yg mempunyai penyakit drh tinggi.

Dulu masa kecil2 arwah Tok suka mkn pucuk mengkudu wat ulam cicah sambal belacan.Sekarang susah nak dpt.pucuk betik,paku n ubi Intan x mkn.

Inilah pucuk bayam brazil tu. Letak bawah mentari daun dia warna begini.

Letak tempat redup warna daun dia lebih mengiurkan.

Tak pahit boleh buat ulam.
Memang bayam ni baru muncul ke? Sebab pasar chow kit, pasar pudu, selayang hingga sekitar sepang ke nilai tempat akak beli belah tapi tak sedar ujudnya sayur ni.

jering pun salah 1 pucuk tumbuhan juga..memang favourite sangat.

walaupun banyak khasiat, makan jering pun kena berpada-pada kerana mempunyai asid djenkolic, asid amino, yang menyebabkan keracunan Jering (djenkolism - jengkol bean poisoning). Ia menyebabkan "sakit mencucuk/berdenyut (spasmodic pain), penyakit gout, salur kencing tersekat dan kegagalan renal akut (acute renal failure)"

Keadaan ini boleh dikurangkan dengan banyak meminum air kosong selepas memakannya bagi mengurangkan pengumpulan asid djenkolic dalam badan dan melawaskan kencing.

i selalu lepas makan jering mesti rasa kencing tak lawas...kena minum banyak air rupanya...
