Anyway Kim... since i tau apa u buat...so salute kat u sbb jarang pompuan minat. But yes go for it... cuma randomly advise if i may... sikit je to adjust.. just go for it dont think to much.

3 other strategies yg common in corporate which sesuai dgn ur nature business
cost leadership
u minize cost as much as u can but ensure it will benefit u

differentiation
produk u unik and x banyak lagi.. so chances are bigger.. apa lagi to develope

market segmentation
focus ur target.. aim pd yg u rasa paling menguntungkan.

I guess this is what i did selepas 6 tahun errors and rugi and kena tipu. Baru tahun ni untung lebih sikit.. minimum cost, i aim pd satu target je and mine agak rare compare others.

Plussss.... PR kena elok, trustworthy and sincere. Ni paling utama pada i.

I've been in the business since 2006, about 12 years already. So not new in men dominated market. I was consultant to local companies before further study. Buat projek menteri, konglomerat. Lepas study baru I created produk sendiri, almost 3 years already with 25 tonnes of abinox sales alone in one year

We really focus on resilliant skills in our agents/resellers. Drilled them for months even weeks of preparation before launching. Now I'm on HR Mastery workshop with hexo.com

Salam TT..bagus sangat artikel ni..kena belajar cara nak merajinkan diri hari2 ni...iols ni semangat on off..

Bai de way..hari tu sis dah launchkan produk sis..Buat sikit je dulu, tengok market..Alhamdulillah..dah sold out semua. Tapi nak buat production baru, tertangguh lagi ni...Masalah utama, nak kena betul2 bersihkan area production..sis kalau nak buat production, kena bersihkan dulu satu rumah..baru rasa puas hati...

Next time, kalau ada duit..nak set up area production khas..

Alhamdulillah..tanya review pembeli..semua pun bagi feedback yang positif..cuma sekarang dok was2 pasal harga..samaada harga yang sis letak tu terlampau murah atau terlampau mahal..sebab memang dalam fikiran nak buat produk yang mampu milik. Niat nak jual bukan nak jadi kaya semata. At least diumur macam ni ada sesuatu yang sis boleh banggakan..
